A medical drill bit comprises an accommodating slot disposed concavely on a main body of the medical drill bit, a separate board disposed in the accommodating slot to separate the accommodating slot into a first slot and a second slot, and a lid engaging with the separate board and covering the accommodating slot. The lid and the separate board do not rotate with the main body when the main body in rotation. The accommodating uses to fill with cooling liquid which able to be pumped out from the accommodating slot, and fresh cooling liquid is able to inject into the accommodating slot for cooling the drill bit in rotation.

SEALING AND STABILIZING DEVICE FOR USE WITH ENDOSCOPIC SHAVERS

Described herein is combination sealing and stabilizing collar component designed to both prevent the leakage of vacuum through the interface between an endoscopic shaver device and a powered handpiece that provides rotational motion thereto and stabilize the endoscopic shaver device when it is mounted onto the powered handpiece. The collar may be further coupled with a conventional cannula to prevent the leakage of intra-articular fluid when performing an arthroscopic procedure.

HAND PIECE FOR POWERED OSTEOTOME

Provided is an osteotome handpiece that may be driven by compressed gas. In an embodiment, a spherical piston may be movable inside a cylinder having a liner, which may be made of a low-friction material such as a fluoropolymer. The spherical piston may impact a blade holder that transmits force to a blade. A piston return spring may be provided, along with a piston washer to avoid any possible outward deformation of the spring. The blade holder may be retained by a split and threaded retaining collar. Single-stroke or multi-stroke operation may be chosen by the user. The device has long-operating low-maintenance advantages.

An orthopedic reamer connector includes a base shaped to allow for connection of an orthopedic reamer having a connection surface and being configured to rotatably connect to a rotary actuator; two pairs of holders associated with the connection surface that each have a first holder and a second holder that forms an acute angle relative to said first holder. The first holders are opposed to each other by about 180 degrees and the second holders are opposed to each other by about 180 degrees. A pair of stops are associated with each of the two pairs of holders. Each pair of stops has a first stop associated with the first holder and a second stop associated with the second holder.
