Joint replacement spacers
Devices and methods are disclosed for joint replacement.
SYSTEMS FOR AND METHODS OF PREPARING AND FUSING A SACROILIAC JOINT
A system for performing a fusion procedure on a sacroiliac joint defined between a sacrum and an ilium. The system may include a working cannula including a proximal end, a distal end, a tubular body extending between the proximal and distal ends, a cannula passageway defined within the tubular body and having a cannula axis extending there through, a pair of prongs coupled to the tubular body and extending distally there from, an anchor arm engagement structure coupled to the tubular body, and a pin guide coupled to the tubular body and defining a pin passageway having a guidance axis there through that is generally parallel with the cannula axis.
Medical instrumentarium
The invention relates to a medical instrumentarium, in particular for implanting a hip joint stem, comprising a rasp instrument with a rasp shank defining a longitudinal axis, which rasp shank has an anterior side face, a posterior side face, a medial side face, and a lateral side face, wherein the side faces at least partially have rasp teeth which are formed running parallel to each other and circumferential or at least partially circumferential with respect to the longitudinal axis, wherein the rasp instrument comprises a rotational stabilization device for increasing a rotational stability of the rasp shank driven into a bone cavity, in particular a femur cavity.
Snap-Fit Cutting Guides And Plating Systems
Disclosed herein are arthroplasty jigs each having a living hinge that allows the jigs to be snap-fitted on and off bone. The jigs each have a flexible portion and base portion. The flexible portion is adapted to move toward and away from the base portion as the guides are snap-fitted on and off bone. The jigs may include cutting slots for receipt of cutting instrument to resect the bone and/or guide holes to aid in securing the jig to the bone. The living hinge of the jigs is defined by one or more recesses in the body of the jigs.

Systems and methods for preparing bone voids to receive a prosthesis
A method of implant a knee prosthesis includes forming a bone void at an end of a bone, implanting a void filler in the bone void, and implanting a knee prosthesis onto the end of the bone so that a stem of the knee prosthesis is received by the void filler.
Drill
A drill includes a tip cutting edge provided at a tip end thereof and a main cutting edge continuous to a rearward of the tip cutting edge. A point angle of the tip cutting edge is a predetermined acute angle. A point angle of the main cutting edge decreases from a front end toward a rear end of the main cutting edge. A point angle at the front end of the main cutting edge is an acute angle greater than the point angle of the tip cutting edge.
JOINT OSTEOTOMY SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system includes a first spacer sized and configured to be received within a resected bone space of a first bone and a second spacer sized and configured to be coupled to a second bone. The first spacer and the second spacer each include a body extending between a bone contacting surface and a coupling surface. At least one shim is positioned between the first and second spacers. The shim includes a body extending between a first coupling surface and a second coupling surface. The first spacer, the second spacer, and the at least one shim position the first and second bones in a predetermined alignment. An adjustable guide including a guide adapter and a guide body is configured to couple to the first spacer and is adjustable on a first axis.
