10403421 · 2019-09-03 · ·

A thick film resistor excluding a toxic lead component from a conductive component and glass and having characteristics equivalent to or superior to conventional resistors in terms of, in a wide resistance range, resistance values, TCR characteristics, current noise characteristics, withstand voltage characteristics and the like. The thick film resistor is formed of a fired product of a resistive composition, wherein the thick film resistor contains ruthenium-based conductive particles containing ruthenium dioxide and a glass component essentially free of a lead component and has a resistance value in the range of 100 / to 10 M/ and a temperature coefficient of resistance within 100 ppm/ C.

GLASS COMPOSITION RESISTANT TO ION BOMBARDMENT, CLADDING GLASS OF MICROCHANNEL PLATE, MICROCHANNEL PLATE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to the field of special glass materials and preparation, in particular to a glass composition resistant to ion bombardment, a cladding glass of microchannel plate, a microchannel plate and a preparing method thereof. The coordination between the components and the adjustment of the dosage, in particular, oxides with high bond energy containing scandium and/or strontium and/or zirconium and/or molybdenum, can be introduced into the glass material, so as to improve the surface binding energy (SBE), thereby improving the ion bombardment resistance of the glass material and significantly prolonging the working life of the microchannel plate during detecting high-energy ions directly, while meeting other necessary properties such as good anti-crystallization, good acid and alkali resistance, appropriate softening temperature, thermal expansion coefficient, and bulk resistance, etc.

Method for producing blanks for sintered glass bodies for glass seals

A method for the production of blanks for sintered glass bodies for glass seals, wherein with a 3D printing method, a number of layers are arranged one above the other. In a first step, a first layer of a glass powder is spread on a surface, a computer-controlled stream of a printing fluid is directed to selected areas of the first layer in a pattern prescribed by the computer. In a second step, a further layer of the glass powder is spread over the first layer and on it, a computer-controlled stream of printing fluid is directed to selected surfaces of the second layer in a pattern prescribed by the computer, the two steps are repeated until the blank is formed. The glass powder components contain SiO.sub.2, Na.sub.2O, K.sub.2O, CaO, MgO, B.sub.2O.sub.3, BaO, Al.sub.2O.sub.3, PbO, Li.sub.2O and SrO as well as a solid binder made of dextrin.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FIRE-RESISTANT MATERIAL BASED ON HOMOGENEOUS FOAM PRODUCTS
20180187082 · 2018-07-05 ·

The object of the present invention is a method for producing a fire retardant on the basis of homogeneous foam products. In such a method, a glass is first reacted with an aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution at temperatures above 50 C. The reaction product is extracted as a viscous mass, granulated, and cooled until a solid granulated product is obtained. According to the invention, the granules are furnished with a hydrophobic coating having a layer thickness of about. 20 m to 500 m and are particularly 50 m to 200 m and preferably 50 m to 100 m and are incorporated in a construction material as a fire retardant additive.
