The present disclosure provides a high-temperature nano-composite coating and a preparation method thereof, and a small bag flexible packaging coating. The high-temperature nano-composite coating provided by the present disclosure controls the fiber length. Moreover, high-temperature reinforcing filler and high-temperature expansion filler are introduced, to make the coating have ultra-high strength at high temperature without cracks caused by shrinkage at high-temperature. In addition, nanopowder, high-temperature skeleton filler and other additives are introduced to make the coating be uniform and stable and reach a slurry state similar to toothpaste. There is no precipitation and stratification during the placement process. Small packaging can be realized to facilitate construction and operation. Besides, the coating has a good bonding to furnace lining, and will not fall off from the furnace lining, thereby prolonging the service life of the furnace lining.

A method for manufacturing a sintered product from a three-dimensional object as a solution includes: a preparation step S11, a degreasing step S12, and a sintering step S13. S12 includes: a first degreasing step of heating the three-dimensional object under an inert gas atmosphere at a first average degreasing temperature (T1) for a first heating time to degrease the organic material; and a second degreasing step of heating the three-dimensional object degreased in the first degreasing step, under an inert gas atmosphere at a second average degreasing temperature (T2) higher than Ti for a second heating time to degrease the organic material. In S13, the three-dimensional object degreased in the second degreasing step is sintered at an average sintering temperature higher than T2 to obtain a sintered product.

A method of forming one or more high temperature co-fired ceramic articles, comprising the steps of:— a) forming a plurality of green compacts, by a process comprising dry pressing a powder comprising ceramic and organic binder to form a green compact; b) disposing a conductor or conductor precursor to at least one surface of at least one of the plurality of green compacts to form at least one patterned green compact; c) assembling the at least one patterned green compact with one or more of the plurality of green compacts or patterned green compacts or both to form a laminated assembly; d) isostatically pressing the laminated assembly to form a pressed laminated assembly; e) firing the pressed laminated assembly at a temperature sufficient to sinter the ceramic layers together.

Hybrid multifunctional composite material and method of making the same

Hybrid composite materials including carbon nanotube sheets and flexible ceramic materials, and methods of making the same are provided herein. In one embodiment, a method of forming a hybrid composite material is provided, the method including: placing a layer of a first flexible ceramic composite on a lay-up tooling surface; applying a sheet of a pre-preg carbon fiber reinforced polymer on the flexible ceramic composite; curing the flexible ceramic composite and the pre-preg carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheet together to form a hybrid composite material; and removing the hybrid composite material from the lay-up tooling surface, wherein the first flexible ceramic composite comprises an exterior surface of the hybrid composite material.
