APPARATUS FOR IRRIGATING THE VAS DEFERENS
An apparatus for irrigating the vas deferens in connection with a vasectomy reversal is described. The apparatus comprises a fluid delivery device having a first portion that connects to the vas deferens, the fluid delivery device connecting such that a catheter tip inserts into the vas deferens and is held in stable position relative thereto and such that fluid enters the vas deferens through the catheter tip.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR OCCLUDING OR PROMOTING FLUID FLOW
Devices and methods for occluding or promoting fluid flow through openings are disclosed. In one exemplary embodiment an occlusion device is provided having an expandable outer elongate tubular body, a guide member extending from a distal end of the outer body, and a slide tube disposed within the outer body, the proximal portions of the outer body and the slide tube being fixedly mated. The slide tube is configured to slide distally within the outer tubular body when the tubular body is expanded to form wings. A tether can be included as part of the device and it can be used to assist in positioning and locking a location of the device in an opening. Exemplary methods for delivering devices disclosed herein are also provided.
Systems and methods for permanent female contraception
Medical devices and methods for treating and occluding a female patient's fallopian tubes to provide permanent birth control or sterilization.

Implant delivery device
A system for delivering an implant within a patient is disclosed. The activation of the heater coil causes the degradation, melting or reduction of a component that brings the heater coil into or out of electrical contact with another component, or causes the individual loops of the coil to contact each other, thereby resulting a notable change in resistance in the circuit supplying the heater coil with electricity. A core wire terminates prior to the distal end of the device, allowing for greater flexibility.
Methods and systems for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome
Described here are methods and systems for the manipulation of ovarian tissues. The methods and systems may be used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The systems and methods may be useful in the treatment of infertility associated with PCOS.
TREATMENT OF INCOMPETENT VESSELS
A method of implanting an occlusive device in a perforator vessel may include introducing a needle through skin of a patient, and advancing the needle into a perforator vessel, the perforator vessel extending between a superficial vein and a deep vein. The method may further include distally advancing a delivery component from within the needle until a distal end of the delivery component extends into the deep vein and releasing a distal portion of the occlusive device into the deep vein. The needle may then be proximally withdrawn from the perforator vessel such that the device is exposed within the vessel, and the proximal portion of the device may be released into the superficial vein such that the device blocks flow through the vessel.
TISSUE COMPRESSION DEVICE
A tissue compression device is disclosed. The tissue compression device includes a pump (301), a liquid storage chamber (1.5), catheters (2), and a compression device (3). The liquid storage chamber (1.5) is coupled to the pump (301), the liquid storage chamber (1.5) stores fluid of a preset volume, the liquid storage chamber (1.5) communicates with the compression device (3) via the catheters (2), the pump (301) provides power for fluid delivery between the liquid storage chamber (1.5) and the compression device (3), and the compression device (3) is used to nonlinearly compress a tissue wall relative to an axis of a tissue. The tissue compression device has a simple structure, occupies small space, is easy to be implanted, and has low power consumption and a simple operation.

METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR CONDUIT OCCLUSION
The present invention comprises systems, methods and devices for the delivery of compositions for occluding or of means for opening conduits. The implantable occlusive material may be delivered pre-formed or in situ cured and, may be a resorbable material that supports tissue ingrowth that eventually replaces the material leaving little or no original material in place. The delivery system is positioned to allow for placement of the occlusive material into the body conduit. Use of delivery systems, methods and devices for re-opening an occluded body conduit are also included.
