SYSTEMS FOR REMOVING FALLOPIAN TUBE OBSTRUCTIONS
20190254764 · 2019-08-22 ·

The present disclosure provides devices and methods of removing a fallopian tube obstruction by placing a pair of magnets on opposite sides of a fallopian tube obstruction. The natural attraction of the magnets to each other provide pressure on the obstruction. The created pressure force can be used to capture the obstruction for removal.

Devices, systems, and methods for treating an ectopic pregnancy without compromising the pregnancy

A method of treating an ectopic pregnancy without compromising the pregnancy includes inserting a surgical device trans-vaginally to a position outside a uterus such that a portion of the surgical device is positioned adjacent a gestational sac, including an embryo, that is disposed outside the uterus. The method further includes atraumatically capturing the gestational sac with the surgical device, atraumatically moving the surgical device to relocate the captured gestational sac to a position within the uterus, atraumatically releasing the gestational sac from the surgical device within the uterus, and withdrawing the surgical device.

An occlusion device formed of a microcoil having a three-dimensional relaxed state employing open looped portions interposed between closed loop portions. Planes defined by sequentially formed open looped and closed loop portions are neither coincident nor parallel to one another.

Low-cost instrument for endoscopically guided operative procedures

Installments and methods are described for performing endoscopically guided operative procedures. According to some embodiments, a re-usable portion of the instrument includes a handle, electronics and an integrated display screen while a fluid hub and a cannula which includes a CMOS imaging module and LED lighting, form a single use portion of the instrument. The cannula includes a working channel configured to accept an operative device for performing the operative procedures.

Treatment of incompetent vessels

An implant device can include a frame and a cover member for delivery to and occlusion of a target body vessel. The frame can include proximal and distal members, coupled by a link member structure, and can expand from a collapsed configuration to an expanded configuration. In the collapsed configuration, a first plane passes through the proximal member and a second plane passes through the distal member, and the link member extends substantially parallel relative to a longitudinal axis of the device. In moving to the expanded configuration, the first and second planes each move angularly, relative to the longitudinal axis, from the collapsed configuration by between about 10 degrees and about 170 degrees, and the link member foreshortens along the longitudinal axis to bias the proximal member toward the distal member.

UTERINE MANIPULATOR

A uterine manipulator can include a shaft including a first end, a second end, and a channel along an axis of the shaft, a handle coupled to the first end of the shaft, and a triangular balloon coupled to the second end of the shaft. The triangular balloon can be configured to inflate upon insertion into a vagina via a fluid injected into the channel of the shaft.

Methods and devices for conduit occlusion

The present invention comprises systems, methods and devices for the delivery of compositions for occluding or of means for opening conduits. The implantable occlusive material may be delivered pre-formed or in situ cured and, may be a resorbable material that supports tissue ingrowth that eventually replaces the material leaving little or no original material in place. The delivery system is positioned to allow for placement of the occlusive material into the body conduit. Use of delivery systems, methods and devices for re-opening an occluded body conduit are also included.
