Isothiocyanate compounds and isothiocyanate XPO1 protein inhibitor drugs thereof
The present invention provides an isothiocyanate compound and its application. The compound is an aryl-substituted isothiocyanate compound that has a structure of the general formula I. The isothiocyanate compound of the present invention has very good solubility in water, far better inhibitory activity for XPO1 protein than other non-aryl substituted congeneric compounds, little side effects, and good biological safety and bioavailability, and is quite suitable for clinical application. Natural product-based synthesis of novel anti-infective isothiocyanate- and isoselenocyanate-functionalized amphilectane diterpenes
The marine natural product ()-8,15-diisocyano-11(20)-amphilectene, isolated from the Caribbean sponge Svenzea flava, was used as scaffold to synthesize five new products, all of which were tested against laboratory strains of Plasmodium falciparum and Mycobacterium tuberculosis H.sub.37Rv. The scaffold contains two isocyanide units that are amenable to chemical manipulation, enabling them to be elaborated into a small library of sulfur and selenium compounds. The scaffold along with its isothio- and isoselenocyanate analogs has low to sub-micro molar antiplasmodial activity.
High density turbine and diesel fuels from tricyclic sesquiterpenes
A method for converting cedarwood oil into high density fuels including, hydrogenating cedarwood oil in the presence of at least one hydrogenation catalyst to generate hydrogenated cedarwood oil, removing the hydrogenation catalyst from the hydrogenated cedarwood oil, purifying the hydrogenated cedarwood oil to produce a first high density fuel, isomerizing the first high density fuel in the presence of at least one acid catalyst to generate a hydrocarbon mixture including adamantanes, and distilling the adamantane mixture to produce a second alkyl-adamantane high density fuel.
PERINAPHTHENONE COMPOUND AND USE THEREOF
Disclosed in the present invention are a perinaphthenone compound and the use thereof. The compound can bind to E3 ubiquitin ligase tripartite motif 25 (TRIM25), thereby facilitating the recognition of TRIM25 to a pathogen and inducing proteasome-dependent ubiquitination degradation of the pathogen protein. The compound is expected to be used as a ligand for TRIM25 and have a broad application, for example, for preparing a PROTAC molecule. Therefore, the compound has good research and development value and application prospects.
