Provided are an optical film, a circularly polarizing plate, and an image display apparatus in each of which the occurrence of cracks is suppressed in the obtained film in a case of being punched. The optical film includes a stretched resin film and a liquid crystal layer formed by fixing a liquid crystal compound twist-aligned along a helical axis extending along a direction in thickness, in which a δa value calculated using a three-dimensional solubility parameter of a resin in the stretched resin film is 8.0 MPa.sup.1/2 or less, the liquid crystal layer contains a cured substance of a polyfunctional compound having two or more polymerizable groups in one molecule, and an absolute value of a difference between the δa value calculated using the three-dimensional solubility parameter of the polyfunctional compound and the δa value calculated using the three-dimensional solubility parameter of the resin is 4.0 MPa.sup.1/2 or less.

The present invention is a curable composition comprising components (A) to (C): a component (A): a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group in a molecule; a component (B): saccharin; and a component (C): at least one of a photocationic catalyst as a component (C-1) and a thermal cationic catalyst as a component (C-2).

According to the present invention, a lens adhesive including a compound represented by General Formula 1 is provided.

Using the lens adhesive, it is possible to provide a cemented lens that is unlikely to deteriorate due to light, and an imaging module having high durability.

UV CURABLE ADHESION PROMOTERS BASED ON FUNCTIONALISED POLYVINYL ALCOHOLS

Suggested are new adhesion promoters, which are particular suitable for use in displays. Its inclusion in the polymerisable LC mixture results in an excellent adhesion on substrate without colouration over time i.e. compared to amino siloxanes. The new additives have no effect on alignment of LC on the substrate while improving the adhesion.
