Provided are a curable composition which is rapidly curable and which gives cured products with good heat resistance, a cured product thereof, a fiber-reinforced composite material, a fiber-reinforced resin-molded article, and a method for manufacturing the fiber-reinforced resin-molded article. Provided are a curable composition containing an epoxy resin (A), an aliphatic and/or alicyclic amine compound (B), and an imidazole compound (C), wherein the ratio H/E of the number of moles H of active hydrogen in the aliphatic and/or alicyclic amine compound (B) to the number of moles E of an epoxy group in the epoxy resin (A) is in the range of 0.2 to 0.9; a cured product thereof; a fiber-reinforced composite material; a fiber-reinforced resin-molded article; and a method for manufacturing the fiber-reinforced resin-molded article.
Epoxy resin composition, prepreg and molded body
An epoxy resin composition including components (A), (B), (C) and (D); wherein a content of the component (A) is 60 to 90 parts by mass, and a content of the component (B) is 10 to 40 parts by mass, with respect to epoxy resins; the epoxy resin composition has a characteristic that, when cured and formed into a cured product, the cured product has a glass transition temperature of 200° C. or higher; and a viscosity at 100° C. of the resin composition is 5 to 35 Pa.Math.s, wherein Component (A) is an aromatic epoxy resin having at least 3 glycidyl groups in one molecule, Component (B) is an aromatic epoxy resin having two glycidyl groups in one molecule, Component (C) is an aromatic polysulfone resin having a reduced viscosity of 0.18 to 0.30 dl/g; and Component (D) is an aromatic amine compound.
Primer Composition and Methods
A one-part primer composition is provided. The one-part primer composition includes a first epoxy resin that is a liquid under ambient conditions a particulate corrosion inhibitor present in an amount of from 5 wt % to 30 wt % relative to the overall weight of the composition excluding carrier solvents and water, a curative comprising a primary aromatic amine, a silane coupling agent, a carrier solvent; and water homogeneously mixed with the carrier solvent and present in an amount sufficient to hydrolyze the silane coupling agent while preserving solubility of the first epoxy resin and curative in the carrier solvent/water mixture. The corrosion inhibitor is pre-dispersed in a liquid epoxy to break the agglomeration of the inhibitors, mitigate settling of the pigment and improve primer performance.
PREPREG, LAMINATE, AND INTEGRATED PRODUCT
A prepreg includes [A], [B], and [C] described below. The [B] further comprises [B′]; a ratio of a mole number of an active hydrogen contained in [B′] to a mole number of an epoxy group in an epoxy resin contained in [B] is in a range of 0.6 to 1.1 both inclusive; [C] is present on a surface of the prepreg; and [A] that crosses over a boundary surface between a resin region containing [B] and a resin region containing [C] and that is in contact with both resin regions is present: [A] a reinforcing fiber; [B] an epoxy resin composition; an amine compound; and [C] a thermoplastic resin composition.
EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION, PREPREG, AND FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
An object of the present invention is to provide an epoxy resin composition that can be preferably used for prepreg and fiber reinforced composite material applications, has high Tg, and is excellent in elastic modulus and strength. The present invention is the epoxy resin composition including the following components [A] to [C] and satisfying the following conditions (1) to (2): [A]: epoxy resin [B]: polyamine curing agent, and [C]: a compound having a boiling point of 130° C. or more and a molecular weight m of 50 or more and 250 or less, the compound having no epoxy group in the molecule and having substantially no curing ability of an epoxy resin, (1): at least a part of the component [C] satisfies that the sum of the polar component and the hydrogen bond component in the Hansen solubility parameters is 10.0 or less, (2): the ratio C/E of the amount by mole, E, for epoxy groups of the component [A] to the amount by mole, C, of the component [C] satisfying the condition (1) is 0.01 or more and 0.20 or less.

The present invention provides benzylated triaminononane compounds, epoxy curing agent compositions comprising benzylated triaminononane compounds and methods of making such compositions. Amine-epoxy compositions and articles produced from these amine-epoxy compositions are also disclosed.
THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION, THERMOSETTING RESIN CURED PRODUCT, PREPREG AND FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
A thermosetting resin composition contains at least: [A] a thermosetting resin; [B] a curing agent; and [C] polyamide particles satisfying following (c1) to (c6): (c1) a melting point of polyamide resin constituting the polyamide particles is 200 to 300° C.; (c2) a crystallization temperature of the polyamide resin constituting the polyamide particles is 150° C. to 250° C.; (c3) a number average particle size of the polyamide particles is 1 to 100 μm; (c4) a sphericity of the polyamide particles is 80 to 100; and (c5) the linseed oil absorption of the polyamide particles is 10 to 100 mL/100 g. A thermosetting resin composition of the present invention enables suitable production of a fiber-reinforced composite material having sufficient compressive strength after impact and wet heat compression performance.

The adhesive for an endoscope is a two-component adhesive for an endoscope. The two-component adhesive has a base and a curing agent. The base includes at least one epoxy resin (A) selected from the group consisting of bisphenol A epoxy resins, bisphenol F epoxy resins, and phenol novolac epoxy resins. The curing agent includes at least one specific polyamine compound (B). The adhesive for an endoscope is used to fix at least one of a metal member or a glass member constituting the endoscope.
