ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION
A composition exhibits excellent heat resistance and mounting reliability when bonding a semiconductor power element to a metal lead frame, which is also free of lead and thereby places little burden on the environment. An electrically conductive composition contains at least a sulfide compound represented by R—S—R′ (wherein R is an organic group containing at least carbon; R′ is an organic group that is the same as or different from R; and R and R′ may be bonded to each other to form a so-called cyclic sulfide) and metal particles containing at least Cu, Sn or Ni as its essential component. Further, a conductive paste and a conductive bonding film each are produced using the electrically conductive composition. A dicing die bonding film is obtained by bonding the conductive bonding film with an adhesive tape.

DUAL-CURE METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FABRICATION OF 3D POLYMERIC STRUCTURES CROSS-REFERENCE TO EARLIER APPLICATIONS
A dual-cure method for forming a solid polymeric structure is provided. An end-capped, imide-terminated prepolymer is combined with at least one photopolymerisable olefinic monomer, at least one photoinitiator, and a diamine, to form a curable resin composition, which, in a first step, is irradiated under conditions effective to polymerize the at least one olefinic monomer, thus forming a scaffold composed of the prepolymer and the polyolefin with the diamine trapped therein. The irradiated composition is then thermally treated at a temperature effective to cause a transimidization reaction to occur between the prepolymer and the diamine, thereby releasing the end caps of the prepolymer and providing the solid polymeric structure. A curable resin composition comprising an end-capped, imide-terminated prepolymer, at least one photopolymerisable olefinic monomer, at least one photoinitiator, and a diamine, is also provided, as are related methods of use.

The present invention provides a polyimide precursor that serves to produce a cured film that has high light permeability in combination with low birefringence and low linear thermal expansion. The polyimide precursor includes at least an acid dianhydride residue as represented by Formula (1), a diamine residue as represented by Formula (2), and one or more diamine residues as represented by Formula (3), the acid dianhydride residue as represented by Formula (1) accounting for 50 mol % or more of the total quantity of acid dianhydride residues in the polyimide precursor, the diamine residue as represented by Formula (2) accounting for 50 mol % or more of the total quantity of diamine residues in the polyimide precursor, and the diamine residue as represented by Formula (3) accounting for 15 mol % or less of the total quantity of diamine residues in the polyimide precursor.
