SCREEN BASKET AND COVER FOR SAID SCREEN BASKET
A screen basket for the preparation of medical instruments. The screen basket having a substantially rectangular base area and an open upper side. The screen basket including: a first container part and a second container part, the first container part and the second container part each being open at an end face and each comprise a screen-like wall, the first container part being configured for insertion into the second container part; and at least one locking pin configured to be pushed through each of two or more push-through openings provided in one or more of the first container part and the second container part, the at least one locking pin selectively locking the first container part and the second container part together in at least two different positions with respect to each other.

INSTRUMENT TRAY FOR SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS
An instrument tray for storing and supplying surgical instruments, and a system and a method for at least semi-automatically handling trays of this type. The tray includes a container for receiving surgical instruments, and the container has unique visual markers for individual instruments. The system also includes a manipulator and an image recognition unit.

Modular tray and bracket assembly for equipment sterilization
The present disclosure provides advantageous tray and bracket assembly that is configured and adapted to promote modularity and withstand the harsh environment of central sterile processing processes. Modular bracket assembly may be removed and relocated on tray without additional fasteners or components. Tray and bracket assembly may further provide identification features to correctly associate cataloged reusable medical devices to identified trays.
Method of producing an elongate implant containing a structurally encoded pin through electrical discharge machining
An implant and method for manufacturing an implant comprising an implant body defining a longitudinal axis and a structurally encoded pin contained within the implant body and aligned substantially along the longitudinal axis, the structurally encoded pin having a shape or surface characteristics discernable by an imaging modality such as x-ray, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, electromagnetic radiation, ultrasound, visible light, UV light, magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography and neutron imaging, from outside the implant body, the shape or surface characteristics representing structurally encoded data. The structurally encoded pin is encoded via an electric discharge machining process.

ELASTIC MOUNTING CLAMP
A securing device secures a mounting for sterile products or products to be sterilized in a medical container. The securing device has a first securing section, in particular a U-shaped or hook-shaped securing section, which is designed to engage around an edge of a first recess provided on the base of the container in a form-fitting manner, and a second securing section, which is designed to engage around the edge of the first recess and/or at least one second recess in a form-fitting manner from the opposite direction. At least one of the two securing sections is designed to be spring-elastic in order to allow the securing device to be clamped to the base of the container.
System and method for altering rotational alignment of bone sections
A rotational correction system includes an implant having first and second sections, the implant having a rotatable permanent magnet disposed in a housing of the first section, the rotatable permanent magnet mechanically connected to a nut operatively coupled to the second section. A keyed portion is interposed between the nut and one or more non-linear grooves disposed on an inner surface of the housing. An external adjustment device having at least one rotatable magnet configured to rotate the rotatable permanent magnet of the implant is part of the system. Rotation of the rotatable permanent magnet of the implant in a first direction effectuates a clockwise change in the rotational orientation of the first section relative to the second section and rotation of the rotatable permanent magnet of the implant in a second direction effectuates a counter-clockwise change in the rotational orientation of the first section relative to the second section.
