The thermosetting resin composition has a thermosetting polyphenylene ether resin, an unsaturated polyolefin resin, a curing agent, and hollow borosilicate microspheres with surfaces treated with a bromine-containing silane coupling agent. The laminate produced from the thermosetting resin composition satisfies the requirements for overall properties such as low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, low water absorption rate, high peeling strength, and the like for a high-frequency electronic circuit substrate.

A curable composition including a radically polymerizable compound containing an unsaturated bond within the molecule, an inorganic filler containing a metal oxide, and a dispersant containing an acidic group and a basic group. The content of the metal oxide is between 80 parts by mass and 100 parts by mass (inclusive) relative to the amount of the inorganic filler of 100 parts by mass. Components of the curable composition other than the inorganic filler are organic components. A content of the inorganic filler is between 80 parts by mass and 400 parts by mass (inclusive) relative to the amount of the organic components of 100 parts by mass. A content of the dispersant is between 0.1 part by mass and 5 parts by mass (inclusive) relative to the amount of the inorganic filler of 100 parts by mass.

HYDROGENATED STYRENE/CONJUGATED DIOLEFIN COPOLYMER, FOAMING MATERIAL THEREOF, AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Disclosed are a hydrogenated styrene/conjugated diolefin copolymer, a foaming material thereof, and application thereof. The copolymer contains a styrene structure unit and a hydrogenated conjugated diolefin structure unit; by taking the total content of the copolymer as a reference, the content of the styrene structure unit is 15-50 wt %, the content of 1,2-polymerization structure unit in the hydrogenated conjugated diolefin structure unit is 8-32%, the degree of randomness of the styrene structure unit in the hydrogenated conjugated diolefin structure unit is 30-80%, and the degree of hydrogenation of conjugated diolefin in the copolymer is 85-100%. The tensile strength at break of the hydrogenated styrene/conjugated diolefin copolymer is 30-60 MPa, the elongation at break is 300-600%, and the hardness (Shore A) is 70-98. Moreover, a foaming body having excellent performance including more than 60% rebound and less than 30% compression deformation can be manufactured by using a supercritical carbon dioxide foaming process.

The present invention relates to a porous sheet made of a thermoplastic elastomer composition (A), having a plurality of slits and/or pores, and having a porosity of 5 to 50%, an anisotropy of 10% or more, and a stretching stress relaxation rate of 40% or less after being stretched by 500% and held for 60 seconds.

Composite, high-frequency circuit substrate prepared therefrom and process for preparing the same

The present invention relates to a composite, a high-frequency circuit substrate prepared therefrom and a process for preparing the same. Such composite includes (1) from 20 to 70 parts by weight of a thermosetting mixture, including (A) a thermosetting resin based on polybutadiene or a copolymer resin of polybutadiene and styrene having a molecular weight of 11,000 or less, being composed of carbon and hydrogen elements and containing 60% or more of vinyl groups, and (B) an ethylene-propylene rubber having a weight-average molecular weight of greater than 100,000 and less than 150,000 and a number-average molecular weight of greater than 60,000 and less than 100,000 and being in a solid state at room temperature; (2) from 10 to 60 parts by weight of a glass fiber cloth; (3) from 0 to 70 parts by weight of a powder filler; and (4) from 1 to 3 parts by weight of a curing initiator. The composite of the present invention has good solvent solubility and good process operability. The high-frequency circuit substrate made by using the composite has good high frequency dielectric properties and better thermal oxidative aging performance.

The present invention relates to a composition for producing a polymer, comprising: a) from 20 to 60% by weight, based on the entire composition, of at least one monomer; and b) from 30 to 60% by weight, based on the entire composition, of at least one branched pre-polymer, wherein the composition is liquid at room temperature and under normal pressure; use of the composition, a method for producing a polymer using the composition, as well as an electrically dimmable glazing that encloses the polymer.
