The essential additive is any one of a combination of a zinc compound and a carbon fiber, a combination of a zinc compound and an iron oxide, and a combination of a zinc compound, a carbon fiber and an iron oxide. A total content of the essential additive and the optional additive is 10 vol % or more and 35 vol % or less in the resin composition.

Chromium-free corrosion inhibition coating

Disclosed is a corrosion inhibition coating, comprising: a base comprising a matrix and a metal within the matrix; and an inhibitor comprising: zinc molybdate, cerium citrate, magnesium metasilicate, a metal phosphate silicate, or a combination thereof, wherein the metal within the matrix comprises aluminum, an aluminum alloy, zinc, a zinc alloy, magnesium, a magnesium alloy, or a combination thereof. Also disclosed is a substrate coated with the corrosion inhibition coating.

Perfluorinated ionomer nanoparticle dispersion solution, and preparation method therefor

Disclosed are: an ionomer nanoparticle dispersion solution formed by dispersing a perfluorinated ionomer having an ion conductive functional group in a solvent mixture including water and an alcohol, and carrying out a reaction under a supercritical condition; and a preparation method thereof. The ionomer nanoparticle dispersion solution has a high azeotropic mixture content in a continuous phase, which is a liquid phase, so as to readily remove a solvent therefrom, and thus a product using the ionomer nanoparticle dispersion solution can be readily fabricated and preparation costs can be reduced. In addition, uniformity of the product is improved because a perfluorinated ionomer having various ion conductive functional groups and various salts thereof is nano-dispersed, in a narrow molecular weight distribution, in the ionomer nanoparticle dispersion solution.

Also disclosed is a substrate coated with the corrosion inhibition coating.

Heat Resistant Polyimide Film and Preparation Method Thereof

A high temperature resistant polyimide film and its preparation method. The present invention relates to a polyimide film and its preparation method and solves the problems of honeycomb's and skin panel's core adhesivepolyimide film with insufficient heat resistance, no climbing of bonding core structure and adhesive fillet formation. The high temperature resistant polyimide film is made by polyimide solution, inorganic filler modifier and interface coupling agent by the steps of: under specific temperature and stirring conditions, adding inorganic filler modifier and interface coupling agent to polyimide solution, stirring to obtain the adhesive agent; filtering and degassing the adhesive agent, casting to a stainless steel drum with carrier cloth and release paper to obtain a self-supporting film; then heating and annealing to obtain the final polyimide film. The present invention is applied to high temperature resistant polyimide film and its preparation method.

METAL OXIDE-CONTAINING SOL-GEL COATING FORMULATIONS

Sol-gel coating formulations including metal oxide particles such as aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, and molybdenum oxide embedded in a hybrid polymer matrix based on a reacted form of a resin composition containing a tetraalkylorthosilicate, an aminoalkylsilane, a dialkoxysilane, and a silanol terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The sol-gel coating formulations are suitable for applications such as anticorrosive protective coatings of metal substrates (e.g. mild steel). These anticorrosive coated metal substrates are evaluated on their hydrophobicity (water contact angle), surface roughness, mechanical strength (e.g. hardness), adhesiveness to the substrate (e.g. critical load), and anticorrosiveness upon exposure to a saline solution (e.g. impedance value).
