The modified bismaleimide prepolymer is prepared from raw materials comprising a bismaleimide resin and a modifier. A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: a polybutylene terephthalate resin having a titanium catalyst residual amount of less than about 50 ppm; a polycarbonate resin; a glass fiber, an epoxy-modified olefin-based polymer; and zinc phosphate.
