COMPOSITION, THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SHEET, AND DEVICE WITH THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SHEET

An object of the present invention is to provide a composition capable of forming a thermally conductive sheet having excellent peel strength. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a thermally conductive sheet formed of the composition and a device with a thermally conductive sheet.

The composition of the present invention contains a disk-like compound, a high-molecular-weight compound which is at least one selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic resin and rubber, and inorganic particles.

Sound Insulating Structure

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sound insulating structure which provides a sufficient sound insulating effect even when an adhesive layer is arranged therein, and in which a shift in the frequency band where the sound insulating effect is generated is unlikely to occur. This sound insulating structure includes, at least: a sound insulating member that includes a sheet-like sheet section and plural projections arranged on the sheet section; and an adhesive layer arranged on a surface of the sheet section on the opposite side of the side provided with the projections, and the sound insulating structure satisfies the following Formula (1): E_glue/I_glue>0.5×(E_membrane/H)(1) (wherein, E_glue (MPa): storage modulus of adhesive layer, I_glue (mm): average thickness of adhesive layer, E_membrane (MPa): storage modulus of sheet section and projections, and H (mm): average height of sheet section and projections).

An encapsulant sheet suitable for encapsulating a light-emitting element in, for example, a self-luminous display or for direct backlights. The encapsulant sheet is a single-layer or multi-layer resin sheet that includes an adhesive layer exposed at a topmost surface. The Vicat softening point is greater than 60° C. and no higher than 100° C. The melt viscosity of the encapsulant sheet, at a shear velocity of 2.43×10 sec.sup.−1 and measured at a temperature of 120° C. is at least 5.0×10.sup.4 poise and no more than 1.0×10.sup.5 poise. The adhesive layer contains a polyolefin and a silane component, and a content of the silane component relative to the resin component of the adhesive layer is at least 0.03% by mass and less than 10% by mass.

HEAT RESISTANT RECYCLE-READY RETORT PACKAGING

A laminated polypropylene-based film suitable for retort packaging having an exterior film, a barrier layer, and a sealing layer. The retort packaging film has a total composition including high levels of polyolefin-based polymers and polypropylene-based polymers such that the material can be processed efficiently in a polypropylene recycling process. Advantageously, the film retains the properties required to suitably withstand the retort process and produce a high-quality shelf-stable packaged product.

BACKING FOR ADHESIVE TAPE WITH THERMAL RESISTANCE

Backing films for adhesive tapes are presented, as well as adhesive tapes comprising such backing films, which may include tapes used in construction such as seam sealing tapes, roofing tapes, and flashing tapes. The backing film comprises a core layer, a first skin layer, and optionally a second skin layer, where the backing film has a coefficient of thermal expansion of less than 90 ppm/° C. measured in at least one direction within the plane of the film, and, in some embodiments, a Young's modulus of less than 550 MPa as measured in at least one direction. In some embodiments, the backing film has a coefficient of thermal expansion of not more than 91.8 ppm/° C. and a Young's modulus of not more than 540 MPa as measured in any direction within the plane of the film. In some embodiments, the core layer comprises a polyolefin, and skin layers comprise a thermoplastic elastomer.

HOT MELT ADHESIVE FILM, AND PREPARATION METHOD, USE, AND ORGANOSILICON POLYMER THEREOF

A hot melt adhesive film, and a preparation method, use, and an organosilicon polymer thereof are provided. The hot melt adhesive film includes: an inner layer, which is a polyolefin elastomer (POE); outer layers, which are an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer on two surfaces of the inner layer; and intermediate layers, which are an organosilicon polymer between the inner layer and the outer layers. As intermediate layers, the organosilicon polymer plays the role of connection and transition, improves a bonding force between EVA and POE layers, and improves the stability of the hot melt adhesive film during long-term use. The hot melt adhesive film can be used as a packaging material for solar panels, touch screens, and the like.
