Method for producing a single-sided adhesive film and single-sided adhesive film
The invention relates to a method for producing a single-sided adhesive film (1). Said method consists of providing a support layer (2) and coating a first side of the support layer (2) with an adhesive film (3), a lubricant coating (4) is applied to a second side of the support layer (2), the support layer (2) being in the form of a polyester film. Said method is characterised in that the polyester film, prior to bonding to the adhesive layer (3), and the lubricant coating (4) is treated with trichloroacetic acid, sodium persulphate, iron chloride or copper chloride in order to increase the surface energy of the polyester film. The invention also relates to a one-sided adhesive film (1) produced according to the above-mentioned method.
SEALING MATERIAL, ASSEMBLY AND USE OF A SEALING MATERIAL
The invention relates to a sealing material (1) having a first layer (2) which is formed by a textile fabric made of synthetic fibers (22) and has a thickness d1, and a second layer (3) which is formed by an adhesive material and has a thickness d2, wherein the two layers (2, 3) of the sealing material (1) penetrate one another when a force is applied perpendicularly to the extension of the layers (2, 3), such that a sealing layer (1′) is formed having a thickness D where 0.9.Math.d1≤D≤1.1.Math.d1.
Coating Composition
A coating composition is provided. The coating composition of the present application has excellent compatibility between the components. In addition, there is an advantage that the release layer formed from the coating composition of the present application has low transmittance for light having a wavelength of 380 nm or more.
Double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape
The invention relates to a method for peeling a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including: a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a thickness greater than 150 μm and smaller than 1,500 μm, an elongation at break of 600% to 3,000%, and a stress at break of 2.5 to 80.0 MPa. According to the invention, the conformity and the adhesion with respect to an adherend, particularly, a hard adherend, are excellent, and excellent re-peeling properties are obtained, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be stretched and peeled off in a horizontal direction, without necessity for embrittling the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by heating or by using an organic solvent or the like or without remaining of the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the adherend, in a case of peeling the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
AGROCHEMICAL-CONTAINING PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TAPE
Disclosed is an agrochemical-containing pressure sensitive adhesive tape 10, including a substrate 11 and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 12 provided on the substrate 11. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer 12 contains an emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive and a systemic agrochemical. Preferably, the emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive is an acrylic emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive or a rubber-based emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive containing latex rubber as a main component. The agrochemical is preferably at least one of an insecticide, a bactericide, an insecticidal and bactericidal agent, a herbicide and a plant growth regulator.
Functionalized resin having a polar linker
Polar silane linkers are provided that attach to resins to form silane-functionalized resins. The functionalized resins can be bound to hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica particles to improve the dispersibility of the silica particles in rubber mixtures. Further disclosed are synthetic routes to provide the silane-functionalized resins, as well as various uses and end products that benefit from the unexpected properties of the silane-functionalized resins. Silane-functionalized resins impart remarkable properties on various rubber compositions, such as tires, belts, hoses, brakes, and the like. Automobile tires incorporating the silane-functionalized resins are shown to possess excellent results in balancing the properties of rolling resistance, tire wear, and wet braking performance.
Pressure-sensitive PVC cover strip
A PVC-based cover strip designed to bond to non-PVC materials as well as PVC materials includes a PVC layer coated with a barrier effective to prevent migration of plasticizers from the PVC layer. The barrier layer, in turn, is coated with a primer and subsequently a pressure-sensitive adhesive. The barrier layer is generally a polar polymer, such as acrylonitrile rubber which resists migration of phthalate plasticizers. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for use in roofing applications.
Double pass process of making a self adhering roofing membrane with improved adhesion at lower installation temperature
A self-adhering roofing membrane may include a polymeric membrane. The roofing membrane may include a first adhesive layer disposed on a major surface of the polymeric membrane. The first adhesive layer may include one or both of a hot melt adhesive and a butyl rubber-based adhesive. The roofing membrane may include a UV curable adhesive layer disposed on the first adhesive layer. The UV curable adhesive layer may have a thickness of less than about 4 mils.
JOINT TAPE
Joint tape 1 for attachment to a ceiling or a wall, the joint tape 1 comprising a layer of permeable non-woven material 2 and an adhesive layer 3 attached to the permeable non-woven material 2, the adhesive layer 3 being applied to one side of the non-woven material in a pattern comprising sections 21 without adhesive applied thereto and wherein the joint tape 1 has a width of 3 mm to 20 mm.
Synthetic rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and polishing member laminate
The invention provides a synthetic rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive which has excellent heat resistance and substrate adhesiveness, is capable of inhibiting offset, peeling or the like even in a high-temperature environment and is suitable for applications in a high-temperature environment, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a polishing member laminate. The synthetic rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive of the invention contains: a synthetic rubber (A) including a styrene-isoprene block copolymer, an adhesion-imparting resin (B), and a fatty acid ester (C) with a weight reduction rate of 1 wt % or less after being heated at 150° C. for 10 minutes. Based on 100 parts by weight of the synthetic rubber (A), the content of the adhesion-imparting resin (B) is set as α parts by weight to 60 parts by weight, and the content of the fatty acid ester (C) is set as 0.1 parts by weight to 10 parts by weight.
