Disclosed is an eye examination apparatus that can be used in professional settings. The eye examination apparatus has a body having a first eye opening and a second eye opening for a user to see into the eye examination apparatus using two eyes. The eye examination apparatus also has a first camera coupled to the body and positioned to acquire ophthalmic images through the first eye opening, and a second camera coupled to the body and positioned to acquire ophthalmic images through the second eye opening. The eye examination apparatus also has at least one display coupled to the body and positioned to be viewable through the first eye opening and the second eye opening.

A portable system has a magnet, magnet bore and shielding. The magnet bore extends through the magnet, and the magnet bore configured to receive at least some portion of a patient. The shielding forms a shielding area, and the shielding includes one or more layers. The shielding has a material that provides magnetic shielding that reduces or prevents a static magnetic field (SMF); a material that provides electromagnetic shielding and reduces or prevents a time-varying-electromagnetic field (EMF); a removable shielding removable or movable, wherein the patient is able to move into our out of the magnet bore when the removable shielding is in a moved position or a removed position and the removable shielding; and a shielding adapter covering a connection of devices and extending from the exterior of the portable system. All or a portion of the shielding includes a transparent portion.

The elongated portion defines a longitudinal axis and defines a channel extending therethrough. The anchor is disposed in mechanical cooperation with the elongated portion of the cannula body and is longitudinally translatable relative to the elongated portion. The anchor defines an aperture and includes a ratchet mechanism configured to selectively lock a size of the aperture.

The housing integrates the communications hub and stores the plurality of physical health testing devices. The physical health testing devices are in wired and/or wireless communication with the communications hub. Each physical health testing device is configured to generate physical health data of a user and to transmit generated physical health data to the communication hub and/or a user's mobile device. The modular physical health testing system provides an automated physical exam that can be performed at user's homes or other convenient locations.

The present invention includes a system and device for aiding in the diagnosis of a physiological abnormality resulting in detectable, measurable variations in contents of breathed air. The system includes a handheld unit defining an airway, wherein the airway includes a plurality of sensors adapted to measure a plurality of parameters related to the presence of a physiological abnormality. The system further includes a control unit remotely connected to the handheld unit. The control unit includes a controller adapted to receive input signals from the handheld unit and remit output signals in response thereto. The output signals are usable by a user in determining the presence or absence of a physiological abnormality. The control unit further also can include a display adapted to display the output signals to a user thereby easing the determination of the physiological abnormality. The system further includes a mouthpiece selectively connectable to the handheld unit. The mouthpiece can include a filter adapted to substantially prohibit the passage of germs into the airway of the handheld unit.
