Aqueous surfactant compositions
What are proposed are aqueous surfactant compositions comprising one or more of each of alpha-sulfo fatty acid disalts, sulfo ketones, alkyl (ether) sulfates, soaps, inorganic salts of sulfuric acid and water, where the structures of the compounds mentioned and boundary conditions that are to be observed can be found in the patent claims. These compositions have good foaming ability and pleasant sensory properties of the foam and good skin compatibility and they are suitable for cosmetic agents as well as detergents and cleaner.
CLEANING COMPOSITIONS
A cleaning composition, preferably a granular laundry detergent composition, contains 1.5 wt % to 10 wt % of soap particles characterized by a particle size distribution with from 35 wt % to 100 wt % of soap particles having particle sizes ranging from about 125 microns to about 355 microns. Soap particles with such a particle size distribution are surprisingly more effective in boosting suds volume of the cleaning composition during a fabric washing cycle.
PAPER PRODUCT
The present disclosure is directed to a nonwoven product and methods of making the same. The nonwoven product includes a nonwoven material formed of a fibrous material, the nonwoven material comprising one or more plies, the nonwoven material comprising a first side, a second side, a cross direction and a machine direction, wherein the cross direction is substantially perpendicular to the machine direction, the nonwoven material comprising a number of perforations extending substantially in the cross direction and substantially in the machine direction, wherein the number of perforations extending substantially in the machine direction form a first section of the nonwoven material, the first section comprising a soap material.
Acidic amphoteric viscoelastic surfactant based cleaning compositions
Acidic viscoelastic cleaning compositions are disclosed which use non polymer thickening agents. According to the invention, cleaning compositions have been developed using viscoelastic surfactants in acidic cleaning formulations. These provide the dual benefit of thickening as well as an additional cleaning, thereby improving performance. Applicants have also identified several pseudo linking agents which when, used with viscoelastic surfactants provide enhanced viscoelasticity and cleaning.
Process of making a liquid cleaning composition
In a process of making a liquid cleaning composition, adding a gel breaker upstream of an anionic surfactant addition in the recirculatory loop of a recirculatory batch processor mitigates the viscous hexagonal phase whilst providing maximum flexibility in formulating various ingredients in the composition.
COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING ANIONIC SURFACTANT AND A SOLVENT COMPRISING BUTANEDIOL
The present invention relates generally to compositions containing anionic surfactant and solvent, more specifically, to compositions containing anionic surfactant and a solvent comprising butanediol.
COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING ALKYL SULFATES AND/OR ALKOXYLATED ALKYL SULFATES AND A SOLVENT COMPRISING A DIOL
The present invention relates generally to compositions containing an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of alkyl sulfates, alkoxylated alkyl sulfates, and mixtures thereof, and a solvent, particularly a solvent comprising one or more diols.
USE OF CATIONIC POLYMERS FOR IMPROVING SUDSING PROFILE OF LAUNDRY DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
A method for improving sudsing profile of laundry detergent compositions with a cationic polymer. Related liquid detergent compositions having a cationic polymer. The cationic polymer may be characterized by having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) ranging from 1,000 to 300,000 Daltons and by containing: (i) from 35 mol % to 85 mol % of a first, nonionic structural unit derived from (meth)acrylamide (AAm); (ii) from 10 mol % to 65 mol % of a second, cationic structural unit; and (iii) from 0.1 mol % to 35 mol % of a third, anionic structural unit derived from (meth)acrylic acid (AA) or anhydride thereof, while the total mol % of (i)-(iii) adds up to 100 mol %, and the molar ratio of (ii) to (iii) is greater than 1.
SOLUBLE LAUNDRY SHEET COMPRISING POLYOL OR METAL ION CHLORIDE
The present invention provides a water-soluble laundry sheet comprising a detergent ingredient for laundry, a water-soluble film-forming polymer, and an alkali binder, wherein the laundry sheet comprises any one or more selected from the group consisting of polyols and metal ion chlorides. The present invention provides a water-soluble laundry sheet with enhanced formulation stability, storage stability, and sheet solubility.
