Method for producing a molded body and molded body
By using key structures which allow an unambiguous relative positioning, it is possible to produce mold blanks consisting of several layers, from which molded bodies can be produced by machining in an automated manner. These bodies may not only have an irregular but predefined shape, but they also have at least one irregular but predefined parting surface between two layers, the positioning on this parting surface relative to the surface being predefined.
METHOD FOR FORMING AND POLISHING A COMPOSITE DENTURE
A curable composite material containing nanodiamonds, denture bases and other dental prosthetics made from the composite material and methods for treating dental stomatitis using these prosthetics.
Post-curing method after optical shaping of 3D printer
A manufacturing method for a prosthetic apparatus for dental purpose according to one aspect of the present invention includes: acquiring scan data of a model that is a reproduction of at least a part of an inside of an oral cavity of a patient; creating shape data of a shaped body for dental purpose on a basis of the scan data; producing a shaped body on a basis of the shape data; covering at least a part of the shaped body and at least a part of a model with film, the shaped body attached to the model; releasing air in a part covered with the film to deform the film and bring the shaped body into close contact with the model; and curing the shaped body in a state where the shaped body is in close contact with the model.
Removable dental prosthetic
A curable composite material containing nanodiamonds, denture bases and other dental prosthetics made from the composite material and methods for treating dental stomatitis using these prosthetics.
REMOVABLE DENTAL PROSTHETIC
A curable composite material containing nanodiamonds, denture bases and other dental prosthetics made from the composite material and methods for treating dental stomatitis using these prosthetics.
DENTAL PROSTHESIS AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION UTILIZING STANDARIZED FRAMEWORK KEYS AND MATCHING PREMANUFACTURED TEETH
A system including a method and associated structures creates efficiencies in the manufacture of prosthetic tooth support frameworks. Pre-manufactured teeth with matching internal keys are used in the setup of a patient prototype. Each key includes a shaft, a cervical platform, a retention knob and preferably at least one channel for the expulsion of excess adhesive fluid. The cervical platforms are shaped to provide intimate contact with a base of their respective tooth. The same tooth/key pairs are then used to make a framework pattern from the setup positioning. The pattern can be cast or scanned for direct machining to produce the finished framework.
Removable denture with metal denture tooth or teeth
The present invention provides a removable full or partial denture containing a linguoplate and metal occlusion of a restoring tooth or teeth with composite facing for restoring a tooth or teeth on the dental arch of a patient, wherein the denture utilizes a metal casting having the linguoplate, and at least one denture tooth on one side of the arch, and the at least one denture tooth is an extension of the linguoplate.
Dental prosthesis, in particular on implants, optionally for the replacement of an entire dental arch, method and kit for making it
The invention concerns a dental prosthesis (1), in particular on implants, for the replacement of an entire dental arch and a method and a kit for making it. The dental prosthesis (1) comprises a structure (2) having a chewing portion (4) which can be substantially in the shape of a tooth or in the shape of a dental arch. The chewing portion (4) develops according to a direction of main development (X) between a contact edge (4a) suitable for engaging the tissues of the patient and a chewing edge (4b) opposite the contact edge (4a). The dental prosthesis (1) further comprises a plurality of hooking elements integrated in the structure (2) and can be engaged in respective endosteal implants applied in the mouth of a patient. The structure (2) is made through a plurality of fibers (5), of the carbon and/or glass and/or graphene type, which develop transverse to the main development (X) of the chewing portion (4), so as to distribute the chewing loads in the same way on the hooking elements (7) and, consequently, on the endosteal implants provided in the mouth of the patient.
Denture, reference denture, and denture manufacturing method
A denture including a denture base where artificial teeth are fixed, the denture base includes a reference denture base member to which the artificial teeth are fixed and an adjusting member formed of a cured body of a curable denture base material, the adjusting member being joined to the reference denture base member, the adjusting member includes an anterior adjusting member that is joined to a mucosal surface of a base anterior region to form an anterior region together with the base anterior region, and a posterior adjusting member that is joined to a mucosal surface of a base posterior region to form a posterior region together with the base posterior region, and at least parts of base edge side distal end regions in the anterior region and the posterior region are formed of the anterior adjusting member and the posterior adjusting member, respectively.
