PHOTOCURABLE COMPOSITION, DENTURE BASE, AND PLATE DENTURE
The present invention provides a photocurable composition for use in stereolithography, the photocurable composition including: a (meth)acrylic monomer (X) that is at least one selected from the group consisting of di(meth)acrylic monomers containing, within one molecule, two aromatic rings and two (meth)acryloyloxy groups, and that has a weight average molecular weight of from 400 to 580; a (meth)acrylic monomer (D) that is at least one selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic monomers containing, within one molecule, at least one aromatic ring and one (meth)acryloyloxy group, and that has a weight average molecular weight of from 140 to 350; and a photopolymerization initiator.
Photopolymerizable compositions including a urethane component and a monofunctional reactive diluent, articles, and methods
The present disclosure provides a photopolymerizable composition. The photopolymerizable composition includes at least one urethane component, at least one monofunctional reactive diluent, an initiator, and optionally an inhibitor. The present disclosure also provides an article including the reaction product of the photopolymerizable composition. Further, the present disclosure provides a method of making an article. The method includes (i) providing a photopolymerizable composition and (ii) selectively curing the photopolymerizable composition to form an article. The method optionally also includes (iii) curing unpolymerized urethane component and/or reactive diluent remaining after step (ii). Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an article.
Composition for forming artificial tooth, method of preparing artificial tooth, and artificial tooth prepared thereby

Demonstration instrument
[Object] To provide, for a composite resin (CR) having a wide range of applicable colors (shades) (wide-ranging color applicable CR), such as a CR having light diffusion properties and a CR that produces color by means of a structural color, a technology with which an excellent effect, specifically, an increased breadth (number) of applicable shades in comparison to an existing CR other than a wide-ranging color applicable CR, can be achieved. [Solving Means] For example, in a demonstration instrument, a plurality of samples is prepared, a single wide-ranging color applicable CR has been used to restore a cavity in artificial teeth each having a different shade, the cavity being formed at a predetermined position of the artificial teeth, and the plurality of samples is disposed side by side and fixed on a display surface of a display plate, thereby making it possible to compare/contrast conditions of restored portions of the samples to each other and the color tone applicability thereof to those of a teeth to be restored.
