The present invention relates to a partial denture and a method of manufacturing the same. The partial denture according to the present invention includes a frame having a connection piece with an indeterminate shape which protrudes from one side thereof; a base formed on the frame, excluding the connection piece, and having at least one or more artificial teeth installed on an upper surface thereof; and a clasp formed at the connection piece, wherein the base and the clasp are made of different materials.

Dental prosthesis, in particular on implants, optionally for the replacement of an entire dental arch, method and kit for making it

The invention concerns a dental prosthesis (1), in particular on implants, for the replacement of an entire dental arch and a method and a kit for making it. The dental prosthesis (1) comprises a structure (2) having a chewing portion (4) which can be substantially in the shape of a tooth or in the shape of a dental arch. The chewing portion (4) develops according to a direction of main development (X) between a contact edge (4a) suitable for engaging the tissues of the patient and a chewing edge (4b) opposite the contact edge (4a). The dental prosthesis (1) further comprises a plurality of hooking elements integrated in the structure (2) and can be engaged in respective endosteal implants applied in the mouth of a patient. The structure (2) is made through a plurality of fibers (5), of the carbon and/or glass and/or graphene type, which develop transverse to the main development (X) of the chewing portion (4), so as to distribute the chewing loads in the same way on the hooking elements (7) and, consequently, on the endosteal implants provided in the mouth of the patient.

MOLDS FOR CUSTOM DENTAL IMPLANT ABUTMENTS AND IMPRESSION POSTS
20170128176 · 2017-05-11 ·

Molds for fabrication of custom and potentially modifiable abutments and impression posts for dental implants with various degrees of angulations (including zero degrees) and various dimensions are provided, with a generally oval shape that expands laterally upwards, a symmetrical or asymmetrical cross-section, and regular surfaces, that are fabricated as one piece, or as two coupling pieces snapping onto each other. Custom abutments achieve the development of a custom gingival emergence profile, three dimensionally, which is potentially modifiable according to the needs of each particular clinical case. Custom impression posts that correspond in dimensions and angulations to the abutments allow the accurate recording and transfer of the developed gingival emergence profile from the mouth onto the working cast, where the final implant prosthesis is fabricated. Custom abutments and impression posts have properties and design that allows their preparation and usage as temporary abutments for the cementation and support of temporary prostheses.

Blanks and methods for the manufacture of at least one molded blank

The invention relates to a blank for the production of a molded body, in particular a dental reconstruction. The blank has a base and at least one region that emanates therefrom and projects above the base, from which at least a part of the molded body can be derived by working.

Bar manufacturing and denture reference and registration system

An improved denture system is disclosed. An improved denture system has a support bar and a denture material blank. The denture material blank has an oversize cutout to secure the support bar. The support bar has oversized implant interfaces and optional oversized tooth abutments. After securing the support bar in the denture material blank the final shape and dimensions of the implant interfaces and optionally the final shape and dimensions of the tooth abutments will be machined. The denture system will result in an accurate reference and registration between the denture teeth and base and the implant interfaces.

GUIDE PLATE STRUCTURE FOR INJECTING FLOWABLE COMPOSITE RESIN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
20250205025 · 2025-06-26 ·

The present discloses a guide plate structure for injecting a flowable composite resin. The guide plate structure includes a rigid guide plate shell and a soft lining, a plurality of overflow holes are formed on the guide plate shell. The guide plate shell is provided with an injection channel used for injecting a flowable composite resin. A method for manufacturing a guide plate structure for injecting a flowable composite resin is further disclosed, including: S1, manufacturing a wax pattern model; S2, manufacturing a guide plate shell; S3, manufacturing a lining; S4, correcting an edge of the guide plate shell; and S5, cleaning a soft material in an injection channel on the guide plate shell. The present disclosure can resolve the problem of difficulties in placement and displacement of a guide plate when a resin is injected to restore an undercut of a tooth, and improve molding precision of the restoration.

Dental implant having a topographic surface

A dental implant having a surface made of a ceramic material. At least a part of the surface includes recesses and cavities formed by removal of discrete grains having an average grain size from 0.1 m to 0.6 m and/or agglomerates of these grains from the ceramic material.

POWDER INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS FOR MOLDING A DENTAL ARTICLE

A powder injection molding apparatus for molding a dental article, the apparatus including: a) an injection unit including a barrel, a nozzle and conveying the arranged in the barrel for conveying feedstock in the direction towards the nozzle, and b) a mold enclosing a mold cavity fluidically connected with the injection unit via a mold gate, the mold cavity extending along a longitudinal axis A from a proximal cavity area, into which the mold gate opens, to a distal cavity area, The apparatus wherein the mold includes a mold block and a mold piston, which together delimit the mold cavity, the mold piston being slideably arranged in the mold block and moveable in relation to the mold block along the longitudinal axis A.

Method and apparatus for dental crown restorations using prefabricated sleeve-crown pairs

A dental restoration device includes a sleeve having an exterior surface and an interior pocket that is at least partially filled with a dental cement, and a crown having an exterior surface and an interior surface that is mated to the exterior surface of the crown and bonded thereto by an adhesive disposed between the exterior surface of the sleeve and the interior surface of the crown.
