DENTAL PROSTHESIS SUPPORT DEVICE
A dental prosthesis support device including: a support strip secured to a dental prosthesis; and connectors which are designed, when in use, to be attached to the teeth of the patient, enclose a dental free space and onto which the support strip detachably engages such that the dental prosthesis fills said space; the support strip having a profile to cover only the lingual surface of the teeth while leaving the other surfaces of the teeth free; the connectors configured to be attached to the lingual surface of the teeth; and the support strip includes pockets into which the connectors fit elastically.
DIRECT DENTAL BRIDGE
A reinforcement bar combination for a direct dental bridge, the reinforcement bar combination including: first and second elongate bars, each of the first and second elongate bars contacting a single occlusal preparation formed in a single abutment tooth and each of the first and second elongate bars having an end positioned on a central pad of a third elongate bar to form a reinforcement scaffold. The first elongate bar is a first elongate torque bar that is optionally bent. The second elongate bar is a second elongate torque bar that is optionally bent. The third elongate bar is a proximal bar including a central planar pad bound by a perimeter, a coronal facing surface and an apical facing surface, a first insertion arm extending in a mesial direction from the perimeter of the pad, a second insertion arm extending in a distal direction from the perimeter of the pad; a first vertical sidewall extending in a coronal direction from the coronal oriented surface of the pad; a second vertical sidewall extending in a coronal direction from the coronal oriented surface of the pad. A method of using of the reinforcement bar combination to produce a direct dental bridge is also described.
Precision attachment system with indirect retainer
A precision attachment system for mounting a dental prosthesis to a retention bar having a round section and an off-centered support section, and a C-shaped retention clip which is incorporated into the dental prosthesis and encloses the round section. A spacer clip is adapted for both the retention clip and the retention bar. The contact of the dental prosthesis with the indirect retainer surface of the support section prevents the free-end saddles from lifting off the alveolar ridge. The resilience of the dental prosthesis in the direction of the atrophying alveolar ridge remains possible. The indirect retainer surface and the slotted flange of the housing guide the retention clip to the round section when assembled with the retention bar.

Dental bar
A dental bar is disclosed for accurately determining the separation and relative orientation of two coping cylinders projecting from dental implants in a patients mouth to receive a prosthesis. The dental bar comprises two sockets, for fitting over and securing to the two coping cylinders, connected to one another by a limb formed of telescopically collapsible sections. The telescoped ections of the limb are of differing cross-sectional shape so as to define between them a volume into which a bonding material may be injected through a port, in order to lock all the limb sections permanently relative to one another.

Continuous fiber-reinforced build material for additive manufacturing
A continuous fiber-reinforced build material for additive manufacturing (AM) of fiber-reinforced composite (FRC) structures, a machine for the preparation of the build material, and use of the build material for manufacturing of three-dimensional (3D) FRC end-product devices, such as medical devices for management of musculoskeletal and dental disorders.
