PERMANENT, REMOVABLE AND SELF-SUSTAINED URETHRAL PROBE
A permanent, removable and self-sustainable urethral probe, is provided. The probe includes a tubular body, which includes two discs, one being a proximal fixed disc and the other being a distal mobile disc. The tubular body has a distal end that includes holes connected by a longitudinal channel traversing the tubular body. The probe includes a connector that may be closed by a corresponding cover. The total length of this probe 1 is 7 cm for child models and 8 cm for adult models. A 15 cm is also available to be used in patients with special needs such as wheelchairs.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PERFORMING A MEDICAL PROCEDURE
Method and system for treating a patient using a compressible, pressure-attenuating device. According to one embodiment, the system is used to treat urinary tract disorders and comprises an access device, a delivery device, a pressure-attenuating device, and a removal device. The access device may be used to create a passageway to an anatomical structure, such as the patient's bladder. The delivery device may be inserted through the passageway created by the access device and may be used to deliver the pressure-attenuating device to the anatomical structure. The removal device may be inserted through the passageway created by the access device and may be used to view the bladder and/or to capture, to deflate and to remove the pressure-attenuating device.

Treatment for vesicovaginal fistula
The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of vesicovaginal fistula. It is based, at least in part, on the discovery that a menstrual cup may be used to collect urine and decrease or prevent urine leakage in certain women having vesicovaginal fistula and, in some cases, the menstrual cup was observed to at least partially occlude the fistula and permit normal micturition.
UROLOGICAL DEVICE INCLUDING A VALVE RETAINED IN A URINARY CATHETER
A urological device includes a valve retained in a urinary catheter. The urinary catheter has a first portion that is insertable into a urethra and a second portion adapted to remain outside of the urethra when the first portion is inserted into the urethra. The valve has a closed configuration adapted to prevent urine from exiting the urinary catheter and an open configuration adapted to allow urine to flow through and exit the urinary catheter. The valve is adapted to move from the closed configuration to the open configuration in response to a hydrodynamic pressure of at least 750 mm H2O applied to the valve for at least 5 seconds.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INCONTINENCE CONTROL
A system for managing female incontinence includes a body of biocompatible material configured to fit between the labia minora and the vestibule floor, the body having a surface configured to occlude the urethral meatus, a first adhesive layer disposed on at least a first portion of the surface and configured to provide a sealing engagement between the body and the urethral meatus, and a second adhesive layer disposed over the first adhesive layer and configured to provide a sealing engagement between the body and the urethral meatus, wherein the second adhesive layer is removable from the first adhesive layer.
Device for controlling fecal incontinence
The present invention relates to devices for treating or managing fecal or bowel incontinence and methods employing them. In an embodiment, such a device can form a seal with at least a portion of the bowel to prevent unwanted discharge of fecal matter from the rectum.
Urinary Plug Device
A disposable device for absorbing urine and/or bodily fluids in the urethra having a cylindrical body about 4-8 mm in diameter by about 3-5 cm in length and having a top and bottom end. The body is made of absorbent material that expands upon contact with urine and bodily fluids and includes a string connected to the bottom end of the body for removing the device from the urethra. The device can be used to treat urinary incontinence and/or erectile dysfunction by inserting into the urethra and removing the device after it has been impregnated with fluid. The device can be included in a kit with a plunger for insertion.

A system for managing female incontinence includes a body of biocompatible material configured to fit between the labia minora and the vestibule floor, the body having a surface configured to occlude the urethral meatus, an adhesive carried on at least a first portion of the surface and configured to provide a sealing engagement between the body and the urethral meatus, and a substance carried by at least one of the body and the adhesive and configured for controlling the odor of the general vaginal-urethral area of a female.
Urological device adapted for placement in a urethra of a user for treatment of incontinence
A urological device adapted for placement in a urethra of a user for treatment of incontinence includes a stem, an anchor portion connected to a distal end portion of the stem, a bladder retainer connected to a proximal end of the stem, and a urological valve connected to the proximal end of the stem. The urological valve includes a plurality of movable leaflets connected to and extending in a proximal direction way from the proximal end of the stem. The movable leaflets have an at-rest closed configuration adapted to prevent a flow of urine through the stem, and the movable leaflets are adapted to evert in a distal direction to provide the urological valve with an open configuration adapted to allow urine to flow through the stem.
