VOLUME-ADAPTABLE BREAST PROSTHESIS
The present disclosure relates to a breast prosthesis having an elastically deformable outer body whose outer surface is patterned on a shape of a breast and having a plastically deformable inner body whose inner surface can adapt to irregularities of tissue of a wearer. In an example of the breast prosthesis, the inner surface of the inner body has a three-dimensional structure and/or is provided with a textile that is respectively configured such that a ventilation of the tissue surface can be achieved, and an intermediate body having an intermediate chamber is arranged between the outer body and the inner body and is configured such that a volume of the intermediate chamber can be adapted by filling with a fluid.

BIOLOGICAL PROSTHESIS INTENDED FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE NIPPLE-AREOLA COMPLEX
The invention relates to a biological prosthesis (10) consisting of a nipple-areola complex belonging to the family of pigs, cattle or goats, said nipple-areola complex having been treated for use in humans.
Padded Shirt for Mastectomy
A garment with a single piece of enhanced and contoured foam padding with integral breast mound prostheses and incorporated pectoral and sternal padding for the bilateral mastectomy patient is disclosed. This said piece of enhanced padding is sewn into the said garment to restore a natural looking breast mound appearance in clothing while offering padded comfort over the sensitive pectoral and sternal areas caused by a mastectomy. This said padding within the said garment is intended to be sewn onto a cropped, middle layer of material within the said garment. This said middle layer of material with attached padding is then sewn between the inside of the front, inner layer and the inside of the back, inner layer of the said garment with mound prostheses facing the inside of the front layer of the said garment thus giving a natural breast mound appearance on the outside of the front layer of the said garment. The said garment with said enhanced padding is intended for the bilateral mastectomy patient but also available to anyone else desiring to have a natural breast mound appearance in clothing. This invention is unique in its design from anything currently available on the market today in that it offers a single, fully padded piece of lightweight, contoured and enhanced foam padding with two, integral breast mound prostheses which is sewn directly, appropriately and permanently into a garment. There is no shelf bra, no pocket, no broad band elastic, no constriction and no heaviness within this invention. This invention is extremely convenient, lightweight, machine washable and machine dryable thus making it an instant, comfortable and complementary solution for the desire to restore or gain a natural breast mound appearance in clothing. No other breast prostheses are needed to have a complete and natural looking breast mound appearance when wearing this invention. This invention is available in different sizes to accommodate all individuals.

ABSORBABLE IMPLANTS FOR PLASTIC SURGERY
Absorbable implants for breast surgery that conform to the breast parenchyma and surrounding chest wall have been developed. These implants support newly lifted breast parenchyma, and/or a breast implant. The implants have mechanical properties sufficient to support a reconstructed breast, and allow the in-growth of tissue into the implant as it degrades. The implants have a strength retention profile allowing the support of the breast to be transitioned from the implant to regenerated host tissue, without significant loss of support. Three-dimensional implants for use in minimally invasive mastopexy/breast reconstruction procedures are also described, that confer shape to a patient's breast. These implants are self-reinforced, can be temporarily deformed, implanted in a suitably dissected tissue plane, and resume their preformed three-dimensional shape. The implants are preferably made from poly-4-hydroxybutyrate (P4HB) and copolymers thereof. The implants have suture pullout strengths that can resist the mechanical loads exerted on the reconstructed breast.

Prosthetic implant delivery device and method
A prosthetic implant transfer device is provided that may be used to insert a prosthetic implant through a surgical opening. In some embodiments, the device may comprise a flexible sheet of material that may be formed into an elongated hollow structure. The flexible sheet of material includes a plurality of fasteners that may be selected and engaged to define a desired size distal opening.
