BREAST PROSTHESIS
A breast prosthesis is provided for women who have undergone a double (or single) mastectomy. The prosthesis comprises a breast form that substantially resembles a human breast and a back panel to which the breast form can be coupled. The breast form has at least one magnet adjacent a wearer's chest when the prosthesis is worn. The back panel also has at least one magnet that faces outwardly from the chest when the prosthesis is worn. When a wearer wishes to don the prosthesis, she places the back panel against her chest in a desired location, with the magnets facing outwardly. A garment may then be placed over the panel before the breast form is placed over the garment. The back panel and the breast form may then be coupled to one another via their magnets (which attract one another) so that the prosthesis is secured in a desired position.

Absorbable implants for plastic surgery
Absorbable implants for breast surgery that conform to the breast parenchyma and surrounding chest wall have been developed. These implants support newly lifted breast parenchyma, and/or a breast implant. The implants have mechanical properties sufficient to support a reconstructed breast, and allow the in-growth of tissue into the implant as it degrades. The implants have a strength retention profile allowing the support of the breast to be transitioned from the implant to regenerated host tissue, without significant loss of support. Three-dimensional implants for use in minimally invasive mastopexy/breast reconstruction procedures are also described, that confer shape to a patient's breast. These implants are self-reinforced, can be temporarily deformed, implanted in a suitably dissected tissue plane, and resume their preformed three-dimensional shape. The implants are preferably made from poly-4-hydroxybutyrate (P4HB) and copolymers thereof. The implants have suture pullout strengths that can resist the mechanical loads exerted on the reconstructed breast.

RIGIDIFYING BRACE
A brace for retaining an organ in an expanded state configured to adhere and substantially conform to an external surface of the organ includes an inner layer, an outer layer, and at least one sheet of thin malleable material forming a middle layer between the inner layer and outer layer, the at least one sheet being enclosed and configured to rigidify and maintain the organ in an expanded state upon application of a vacuum. The brace can be incorporated into a brassiere.

BREAST TREATMENT DEVICE
The present disclosure provides devices and methods for treating a breast. The system can include a low-density implant, wherein the implant comprises a material that does not allow fluid accumulation within the implant. In addition, the system can include an acellular tissue matrix composition, wherein the low-density implant and acellular tissue matrix are configured to allow implantation of the low-density implant and acellular tissue matrix composition within a breast site.

CO-CROSSLINKED HYALURONIC ACID-SILK FIBROIN HYDROGELS FOR IMPROVING TISSUE GRAFT VIABILITY AND FOR SOFT TISSUE AUGMENTATION
Hydrogels comprising a macromolecular matrix and water may be used to augment soft tissue of a human being, promote or support cell or tissue viability or proliferation, create space in tissue, and for other purposes. A macromolecular matrix may comprise a hyaluronic acid component crosslinked to a silk fibroin component.
SURGICAL GRAFTS FOR REPLACING THE NIPPLE AND AREOLA OR DAMAGED EPIDERMIS
The present disclosure relates to surgical grafts for replacing nipples and areolas lost to disease or trauma with surgical grafts of decellularized donor nipples and areolas and to placing and recellularizing such grafts. The disclosure further provides methods for decellularizing epidermis. The decellularized epidermis can be used as a protective cover for skin wounds.
