An endoscopy support system, including an extendable primary wrap comprising a band of elastic material sized for placement around a lower abdomen of a subject and at least one elastic, secondary strap having a first end fixed to the primary wrap and a second end comprising a coupling mechanism for removably coupling the second end to the primary wrap, wherein the at least one elastic strap is configured to extend in a left to right direction across a front abdomen portion of the primary wrap in order to exert an additional targeted force to a portion of the abdomen of the subject. The system further includes at least one extension piece having an attachment mechanism to removably couple to the primary wrap or the at least one secondary strap.

Thoracic lumbar sacral orthosis attachment

A thoracic lumbar sacral orthosis attachment for configuring an orthopedic device as a thoracic lumbar sacral orthosis by connecting the attachment to the orthopedic device. The attachment has an anterior aspect including an anterior panel arranged to connect to an orthopedic device. An anterior thoracic extension (ATE) is securable to the anterior panel, and a support bar extends from the ATE. A strap system includes an axillary strap system and/or a shoulder strap system removably securing onto a surface of the orthopedic device, and/or the ATE.

A therapeutic garment for treatment of over-shunting headaches and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the therapeutic garment includes a waistband and an abdominal portion that extends from the waistband to encircle the abdomen and hips from the groin to the costal margin of a person wearing the therapeutic garment. A binder portion, having open and closed positions, is coincident to the abdominal portion. In the closed position, the binder distends the epidural venous plexus of the person wearing the therapeutic garment. A closure mechanism is configured to selectively alternate the binder between the open and closed positions. The therapeutic garment may further be fashioned into a brief, a tank top, or include leg extensions.
