SELF INFLATING SEX AID
A sexual aid useful for men that have some degree of erectile dysfunction. The device inflates to provide rigidity for sexual intercourse, or to assist in maintaining an erection. Inflation of the device according to the invention results from the reaction of non-toxic chemicals. The gas inflates a condom and supports the condom in a posture that is sufficiently rigid to facilitate sexual intercourse or inflates a constriction ring and holds blood in the penis that may maintain sufficient erectile function to facilitate sexual intercourse.
Neophallus implant and a method of implanting a penile prosthetic in a neopenis
Implantable apparatuses and method of implanting the apparatuses are disclosed that provide a person with a neopenis including a penile prosthetic implanted into a neophallus. The neopenis is situated anatomically in a position of that of a location for a penis of a natal male. The neopenis is suitable for penetrative intercourse.
Medical device for joint immobilization
An immobilization sleeve for helping user's heal predetermined joints. The immobilization sleeve includes two open ends at each distal end spaced apart by a plurality of inflatable, semi-rigid passages that extend in a braided, or crisscross, configuration from the base to the top of the sleeve. The sleeve is inserted onto a joint and is made of a resilient material that wraps around the joint of a user.
METHOD OF SURGICALLY PROVIDING A PERSON WITH A NEOPENIS
A method of surgically providing a person with a neopenis is described and includes forming a neophallus from an inverted vagina of the person.
Medical device for constricting venous outflow and for providing vibratory stimulus
An apparatus for constricting blood flow and for providing vibratory stimulus to address erectile dysfunction includes a single vibration unit or multiple vibration units. One embodiment includes proximal and distal rings or bands configured to annularly surround a penis close to the base of the penis and proximal to the glans. In another embodiment, the annular rings or bands are connected by at least one intermediate bar, which houses vibratory units, and/or at least one splint which may be an inflatable splint. The intermediate bar is configured to partially cover a penis between the bands. The device is made of an elastic, skin-compatible, slippery/smooth material. The apparatus may include use of a vacuum tube, to induce an erection, and an inflatable constriction ring to maintain the erection induced.
Method of surgically providing a trans-male patient with a neopenis
Implantable apparatuses and method of implanting the apparatuses are disclosed that provide a person with a neopenis including a penile prosthetic implanted into a neophallus. The neopenis is situated anatomically in a position of that of a location for a penis of a natal male. The neopenis is suitable for penetrative intercourse.
METHOD FOR TREATING ORGANIC ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
In a method of treating erectile dysfunction in a patient, a predetermined course of external counter-pulsation treatment is applied to a lower body portion of the patient. After the predetermined course of external counter-pulsation treatment is applied, a predetermined course of low intensity shockwave treatment is applied to a penile area of the patient. After the course of low intensity shockwave treatment, a predetermined course of carboxy therapy is applied to a corpora cavernosa of the patient.
Method of implanting a penile prosthetic in a patient
A method of implanting a penile prosthetic in a patient includes providing an implantable cylinder with a resorbable component attached to an exterior surface of the implantable cylinder and a tow line engaged with the resorbable component. The method includes inserting the tow line into a corpora cavernosum of a penis, directing the tow line through a glans of the penis, and pulling on the tow line and moving the implantable cylinder into the corpora cavernosum of the penis. The method includes locating a distal end of the implantable cylinder in a distal location in the corpora cavernosum of the penis, and disengaging the tow line from the resorbable component.
Penile prosthetic and a plate adapted to orient the penile prosthetic in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse
A penile prosthesis includes a penile prosthetic; a pump; a reservoir; first tubing adapted to couple the penile prosthetic to the pump; second tubing adapted to couple the reservoir to the pump; and a plate adapted to couple with the penile prosthetic. The plate is implantable and adapted to orient the penile prosthetic in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse.
