Provided is a UV curable sealing material containing a vinyl chloride sol as a main ingredient, the film strength of the sealing material being not reduced even in a thin film, the sealing material thus having high resistant pressure against a hem blister. Provided is a vinyl chloride sol composition containing a vinyl chloride-based resin, a UV curable resin having a polar group (functional group), a blocked isocyanate resin, and a filler, the vinyl chloride sol composition being characterized by containing the UV curable resin having a polar group (functional group) in an amount of 20 to 100 parts by weight, the blocked isocyanate resin in an amount of 10 to 50 parts by weight, and the filler in an amount of 50 to 160 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride-based resin.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a golf ball having excellent spin performance on approach shots. The present disclosure provides a golf ball comprising a golf ball body and a paint film composed of at least one layer and formed on a surface of the golf ball body, wherein an outermost layer of the paint film contains, as a base resin, a polyurethane obtained by a reaction between a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition, and the outermost layer of the paint film has tackiness of 0.294 N or more measured with a friction tester.

The present disclosure provides a golf ball comprising a golf ball body and a paint film composed of at least one layer and formed on a surface of the golf ball body, wherein an outermost layer of the paint film contains, as a base resin, a polyurethane obtained by a reaction between a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition, and the outermost layer of the paint film has tackiness of less than 0.294 N measured with a friction tester.

In another embodiment, a method of making the plurality of reactive particles, comprises polymerizing a first matrix monomer in the presence of the first reactive monomer; or polymerizing the first matrix monomer to form a plurality of particles and swelling the plurality of particles with the first reactive monomer. In another embodiment, a method comprises cold spraying the plurality of reactive particles.

This laminated film has excellent coating and releasability properties with respect to ceramic slurry.
