VINYL CHLORIDE SOL-BASED ULTRAVIOLET CURABLE SEALING MATERIAL

Provided is a UV curable sealing material containing a vinyl chloride sol as a main ingredient, the film strength of the sealing material being not reduced even in a thin film, the sealing material thus having high resistant pressure against a hem blister. Provided is a vinyl chloride sol composition containing a vinyl chloride-based resin, a UV curable resin having a polar group (functional group), a blocked isocyanate resin, and a filler, the vinyl chloride sol composition being characterized by containing the UV curable resin having a polar group (functional group) in an amount of 20 to 100 parts by weight, the blocked isocyanate resin in an amount of 10 to 50 parts by weight, and the filler in an amount of 50 to 160 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride-based resin.

Glycerol containing polyurethanes and polyurethane nanocomposites

The present invention generally relates to polyurethanes and polyurethane nanocomposites having improved mechanical, rheological, and thermal properties over ordinarily produced polyurethanes and polyurethane nanocomposites. Such polyurethanes and polyurethane nanocomposites include very small amounts of a small chain diol, such as glycerol, and more specifically, between 0.01 and 4 weight percent of the small chain diol, based on the total polymer composition.

Composite materials in wound treatment

The present invention relates to a composite material, which is of particular use in wound treatment, and to a method for producing the same composite material. Said composite material comprises a hydrophilic polyurethane foam material comprising a first polyurethane polymer; a hydrophilic fiber material comprising a second polymer, wherein said second polymer is not a polyurethane polymer and wherein said fiber material is capable of absorbing and retaining a fluid. In the composite material according to the present invention, said first polymer is covalently bonded to said second polymer.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are hollow particles which have a wall portion containing polyurethane or polyurea, have an internal porous structure, and have a plurality of opening spaces blocked by the wall portion in an outermost portion of the porous structure, and a manufacturing method thereof, and a pore forming material, particles for cosmetics, and a weight reducing material.

COATING FILM AND COATED ARTICLE

Provided is a coating film that is less likely to be deteriorated even after exposure to hydrogen peroxide. The coating film is for use in an environment including exposure to hydrogen peroxide and includes a fluorine atom and a urethane bond.

Golf ball

A golf ball includes a main body and a paint layer positioned outside the main body. The paint layer includes an inner layer and an outer layer positioned outside the inner layer. When an indentation depth (nm) is measured on a cross-section along a plane passing through a central point of the golf ball when a force of 30 mgf is applied to the cross-section in a direction perpendicular to the cross-section, an indentation depth Di on a cross-section of the inner layer is smaller than an indentation depth Do on a cross-section of the outer layer. A thickness To of the outer layer is larger than a thickness Ti of the inner layer.
