MONOLITHIC INTRAVAGINAL RINGS COMPRISING PROGESTERONE AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to monolithic intravaginal rings comprising progesterone, methods of making, and uses thereof. The intravaginal rings comprise progesterone, a polysiloxane elastomer, and a pharmaceutically acceptable hydrocarbon or glycerol esters of a fatty acid.

CONTROL OF FUNCTIONAL ELECTRICAL STIMULATION USING MOTOR UNIT ACTION POTENTIALS
A therapeutic or diagnostic device comprises a wearable electrodes garment including electrodes disposed to contact skin when the wearable electrodes garment is worn, and an electronic controller operatively connected with the electrodes. The electronic controller is programmed to perform a method including: receiving surface electromyography (EMG) signals via the electrodes and extracting one or more motor unit (MU) action potentials from the surface EMG signals. The method may further include identifying an intended movement based at least on features representing the one or more extracted MU action potentials and delivering functional electrical stimulation (FES) effective to implement the intended movement via the electrodes of the wearable electrodes garment. The method may further include generating a patient performance report based at least on a comparison of features representing the one or more extracted MU action potentials and features representing expected and/or baseline MU action potentials for a known intended movement.
SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING BIRTH CONTROL
The present disclosure relates to a vaginal system that prevents pregnancy comprised of segesterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol and is configured for thirteen 28-day product-use cycles.

PESSARY DEVICE AND METHODS FOR PREVENTING PREMATURE BIRTHS
A pessary for the prevention of preterm birth, and in particular two pathological conditions of pregnancy known as isthmico-cervical incontinence and cervical shortening, both of which are associated with increased risks for pregnancy loss and/or premature deliveries of babies. The pessary includes a sleeve supported within a ring by an annular member. The sleeve is intended to contact the cervix and maximize the length of the cervix while the annular member and ring contact the vagina. The pessary may be fabricated from a pliable medical-grade silicon, and the pessary may include one or more sensors to measure various patient parameters indicative of a premature cervical contraction.
Vaginal pessary device for pelvic organ prolapse with improved collapsible construction
A pessary providing various structures, parts, and components to enable the pessary to remain deployed in a supportive position so that it may reliably provide the desired supportive capabilities. A ridge structure prevents over-rotation of the supportive members. The pessary can be formed preferably by injection molding where the mold has at least one insert. The geometry of the pessary can enable the pessary to have the required stiffness, flexibility, hinged capability, and softness where needed to achieve a pessary that is superior to prior art pessaries.

Device for alleviating dyspareunia
A device for alleviating dyspareunia comprises a pliable body filled with a resilient and soft material, such as, medical grade silicone, for example. The body, which can be a rounded shape, including ovoid or annular, can be configured to act as a buffer or shock absorber for the upper vagina and cervix during intercourse. The resilient nature of the pliable body allows forces to be displaced laterally instead of cephalad, to thereby help alleviate pain by relieving pressure on the cervix, cardinal and uterosacral ligaments, vaginal apex, etc.
