A polymer gel may comprise a polymer gel base material and superparamagnetic nanoparticles. At least 25 wt. % of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles may have diameters in a first size range between a first diameter and a second diameter. At least 25 wt. % of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles may have diameters in a second size range between a third diameter and a fourth diameter. The Brownian relaxation time of the portion of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles in the first size range may be at least 5 times the Neel relaxation time of the portion of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles in the first size range. The Neel relaxation time of the portion of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles in the second size range may be at least 5 times the Brownian relaxation time of the portion of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles in the second size range. Methods for monitoring gel integrity in a wellbore are further included.
MAGNETIC TONER
A magnetic toner includes toner particles. The toner particles each include a toner mother particle. The toner mother particle includes a polyester resin domain, a vinyl resin domain, and a magnetic powder. A vinyl resin constituting the vinyl resin domain includes a repeating unit having a non-ring-opened oxazoline group. An area rate of an area in which the vinyl resin domain is exposed in a surface area of the toner mother particle is at least 0.02% and no greater than 1.00%.

Methods of assembling apparel products having cycloalkene adhesives
Embodiments provide methods for assembling an apparel product. The methods include applying a composition to a portion of a major component of the apparel product or a portion of a minor component of the apparel product. The methods include coupling the portion of the minor component with the portion of the major component via the composition. The major component forms a base portion of the apparel product and is configured to be supported and worn at least partially over a portion of a wearer. The minor component forms a secondary portion configured to be coupled to the major component with an adhesive. The major component and/or minor component includes a recyclable material. The methods include converting the composition to the adhesive. The adhesive includes a material having a cycloalkene bond.
Insulator with resistivity gradient
A composite insulator includes an insulating elongated core, a protective layer surrounding the elongated core, the protective layer including an outer surface with a shed profile and an adhesive primer layer disposed between the elongated core and the protective layer for adhering the protective layer to the elongated core, the adhesive primer layer including a coupling agent and particles of a low resistivity material. The method for producing a composite insulator includes preparing a first solution including a solvent, a coupling agent and particles of a low resistivity material, applying the first solution on at least a part of an envelope surface of an insulating elongated core and thus forming one or more first adhesive primer layers and applying a protective layer onto the first adhesive primer layer on the elongated core, wherein the protective layer includes an outer surface with a shed profile.
A LATEX DIPPED ARTICLE CONTAINING A NATURAL MINERAL COMPOSITE WITH A MAGNETICALLY DETECTABLE PROPERTY AND METHOD OF MAKING
A latex dipped article, specifically an unsupported glove having magnetically detectable property and its method of manufacturing is disclosed here. The glove contains at least one layer of elastomeric material that consist of a composition of evenly dispersed natural mineral composite containing; magnetite, illmenite, zircorn and quartz. The composition renders the article or small pieces of the latex dipped article magnetically detectable property.
Resin-Filled Material, and the Manufacturing Method Thereof
A cured object and a method for producing the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the method of producing a cured object includes introducing a resin composition including a resin and magnetic powder into one or more slots of a tubular object, wherein the resin composition includes a resin and a magnetic powder, wherein the tubular object includes a penetration space and an edge region having the one more slots formed therein, and wherein the penetration space and the one or more slots are formed in a longitudinal direction of the tubular object; inserting a solenoid coil into the penetration space of the tubular object; and generating a magnetic field with the solenoid coil to cure the resin present in the one or more slots of the tubular object.
