Transparent head for a skin treatment device
A transparent cover member for a skin treatment device passes light and heat to a user's skin. The transparent cover member presents a comfortable flat surface at its exterior, and includes features that couple to a heating element that surrounds a plurality of visible light LEDs. The transparent cover member can include retaining features to assist in assembling the head assembly of the skin treatment device.
Cool Pack
A device having a temperature control function of a new structure to adjust the body temperature according to the weather or temperature conditions. The device may comprising a device body having an article storage portion therein and a shoulder strap suspended from the device body, the face of the wearer of the device body The backrest may be provided with a heat dissipation member that is selectively heated or cooled by the thermoelectric module, the device body a battery unit for applying power to the thermoelectric module and a body temperature control function provided with an operation unit having switches and configured to turn on or off the temperature of the thermoelectric module, or control the temperature, or switch to a cooling mode or a heating mode.
PHOTOTHERAPY APPARATUSES AND METHODS
A phototherapy treatment apparatus and methods are provided. In particular, the present disclosure provides a phototherapy treatment apparatus configured to diffusely transmit light emitted from a light source to a patient.
HEATING DEVICES
A heating device includes a heating unit and device electronics. The heating unit is configured to deliver heat to a user's body. The heating unit includes a substrate and a heating element supported by the substrate. The device electronics are coupled to the heating element and are configured to store a first heating profile that includes data indicating how power should be delivered to the heating element over a first period of time. The device electronics are configured to deliver power to the heating element according to the first heating profile. The device electronics are configured to wirelessly receive a second heating profile from an external computing device. The second heating profile includes data indicating how power should be delivered to the heating element over a second period of time. The device electronics are configured to deliver power to the heating element according to the second heating profile.
MONITORING AND TREATMENT OF INJURIES USING WEARABLE DEVICES
A patient monitoring and/or treatment system and method is disclosed. The system includes a wearable device configured to be wearable on an external portion of a patient. The wearable device configured to monitor and/or treat a biological feature of the patient, the wearable device including: one or more ultrasonic transmitters that provide ultrasonic energy to a monitoring site and/or a treatment site of the patient; one or more ultrasonic receivers that receive reflected ultrasonic energy from the monitoring site and/or the treatment site; and a controller that controls the one or more ultrasonic transmitter and the one or more ultrasonic receivers and determines an attribute of the biological feature based on the ultrasonic energy that is provided and the ultrasonic energy that is received.
ROLLABLE DEVICE WITH FEATURES AIDING SOFT TISSUE RELEASE AND MUSCLE LOOSENING
A rollable apparatus includes a housing being annular in shape, a heating element mounted about the exterior of the housing, a vibration-inducing motor mounted in the interior of the housing and attached thereto, and a set of batteries mounted in the interior of the housing. The set of batteries is provided for powering the heating element to control the temperature of the housing and for powering the vibration motor to induce oscillatory motion in the housing. The apparatus also includes a set of user controls mounted so as to be accessible at the exterior of the housing, a front cover removably mounted so as to form a portion of the exterior of the housing at one end thereof, and a skin of pliable cushioning material covering the housing.
Conformable heating blanket
Embodiments include a heating blanket. The heating blanket may include a heating element and a shell covering the heating element. The heating element has elastic properties and is disposed in the shape of a sheet. The shell may have one or more sheets of polymeric material bonded together adjacent a perimeter of the heating element. One or more wires having malleable properties are secured within the shell. The wires allow the heating blanket to be secured to a patient.
Integrated operating room sterilization system—design and components
Described herein are components, systems, and methods of use of an integrated sterilization system comprising a pass-through logistics cabinet, an ozone sterilization system, a floor sterilization robot, and systems for controlling such components. An integrated operating room sterilization system will allow mitigation or elimination of risks (e.g., infrastructural risks (e.g., OI risks), procedural risks (e.g., risk of infection and contamination) that are associated with a setting in a healthcare environment. The elimination of clutter, control of major components under a unified and intuitive user interface, and the logical elimination of potential accumulated risk events (e.g., OI risks) and procedural risks are deliberately addressed, in whole or in part, by the present disclosure. The present disclosure describes the following: a pass-through logistics cabinet, an ozone sterilization system, a floor sterilization robot, and systems for controlling such components.
Heating patch, and warming device for skin care comprising same
Provided is a heating patch. The heating patch includes: a flexible plate-shaped base substrate; an electrode portion including a pair of lead electrodes formed on at least one surface of the base substrate along a longitudinal direction to be spaced apart along a width direction of the base substrate, and a pair of branch electrodes extending from the lead electrodes along the width direction of the base substrate to be not electrically connected to each other and to be overlapped with each other; a heating portion including a conductive heating material disposed in an overlapped part between the branch electrodes which have a predetermined area and face each other to generate heat while conducting the pair of branch electrodes to each other; and a pair of cover members disposed on both sides of the base substrate to prevent the electrode portion and the heating portion from being exposed externally.
Heating blanket
An electric blanket including a flexible sheet-like heating element, a shell comprising two flexible sheets covering the heating element, one or more welds coupling the sheet of the shell about the edges to hermetically seal the heating element there between; and a flexible insulating layer extending over the heating element and covered by the shell providing at least one of thermal insulation and electrical insulation, wherein the heating element is held in position between the two sheets of the shell without using connectors that pierce the two sheets.
