The invention relates to a fabric treatment composition comprising: a) from 60 to 99 wt. % of polyethylene glycol; b) from 0.1 to 5 wt. % of cationic polymer; and, c) from 0.1 to 10 wt. % of silicone.

The invention relates to a method for treating a fabric, notably a method for preventing or recovering degradation of a fabric, by using a cationic polygalactomannan, wherein the cationic polygalactomannan contains non-ionic hydroxyalkyl substituents and has a Brookfield RVT viscosity at 25° C. and 20 rpm greater than 700 mPa.Math.s, at a concentration of 1 wt % in water.

The present invention relates to a composition, in particular, a fabric conditioning composition, comprising at least a quaternary ammonium compound, a cationic polysaccharide, a nonionic polysaccharide and a fragrance material or perfume. In particular, the quaternary ammonium compound is a biodegradable quaternary ammonium compound. The composition has excellent softening performance and improved perfume longevity.
HOME CARE COMPOSITION
The presently disclosed and/or claimed inventive concept(s) relates to a liquid home care composition comprising a mixed hydrophobically modified cationic polysaccharide comprising a polysaccharide backbone having at least one cationic group, at least one C.sub.3-C.sub.8 short chain hydrophobic group and at least one C.sub.9-C.sub.24 long chain hydrophobic group attached thereon; at least one surfactants, and at least one additive agent used on the liquid home care composition. The liquid home care composition is a single clear, transparent liquid.

The present invention is a detergent composition for textile products, containing the following component (A) and the following component (B): component (A): an internal olefin sulfonate with 16 or more and 24 or less carbons, wherein a mass ratio between an internal olefin sulfonate (IO-1S) with 16 or more and 24 or less carbons having a sulfonate group present at position 2 or higher and position 4 or lower and an internal olefin sulfonate (IO-2S) with 16 or more and 24 or less carbons having a sulfonate group present at position 5 or higher, which is (IO-2S)/(IO-1S), is 0.30 or more and 5 or less; and component (B): a soil release agent.
Rheology modifier compositions and methods of use
A composition for enhancing fluid viscosity including a mixture of at least one cationic or cationizable polymer and at least one anionic or anionizable (hydrolysable) polymer. The composition has a zeta potential at 25° C. in the range of 0.5 to 100 mV or −0.5 to −100 mV, typically 1 to 60 mV or −1 to −60 mV, or is a precursor convertible at a temperature of 100 to 250° C. to the composition having a zeta potential at 25° C. of 0.5 to 100 mV or −0.5 to −100 mV, typically 1 to 60 mV or −1 to −60 mV. Typically the compositions exhibit salt tolerance and interaction of both polymers at very high temperatures (>300° F.) such that the system exhibits an increase of viscosity at extreme temperatures. The compositions are useful for hydraulic fracturing, enhanced oil recovery, subterranean acidization, personal care as well as home and industrial cleaners.
