ADHESIVELY ATTACHED EYE MASKS
An adhesively attached eye mask includes a transparent or semi-transparent plastic eyepiece for positioning over a user's eyes and an integral elongated transparent plastic temple or tab extending rearward from each side edge of the eyepiece for contacting the sides of a user's face. A peripheral edge of the eyepiece can include an adhesive. A face mask can be connected to a lower edge of the eye mask for covering the user's nose and mouth. A peripheral edge of the face mask can include an adhesive. A flexible loop or band can be positioned at each side of the face mask.
Facial interface assemblies for head-mounted displays and related systems and methods
The disclosed flexible facial interface assemblies for head-mounted display systems may include a rigid support frame element and a flexible facial interface frame element. The rigid support frame element may be shaped and configured to physically support a display of a head-mounted display system in front of a user's eyes when the facial interface assembly is worn by the user. The flexible facial interface frame element may be configured to flex to conform to the user's facial features when the facial interface assembly is worn by the user. An outer periphery of the flexible facial interface frame element may be independently movable relative to an outer periphery of the rigid support frame element. Various other systems and methods are also disclosed.
CUSHION PAD
A cushion pad assembled on a frame of a swimming goggles is provided, which includes a connecting portion that has an inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface, and a face-attaching portion that is connected to the connecting portion and has an outer ring surface and an inner ring surface . The cushion pad is characterized in that: the inner ring surface of the face-attaching portion is of a wavy curve that conforms to the depth and height of the outer periphery of the eye socket. A plurality of independent buffering bodies are provided between the outer peripheral surface of the connecting portion and the outer ring surface of the face-attaching portion, and each of the buffering bodies is jointly composed of a first supporting member, a second supporting member and a joint at an intersection of the first supporting member and the second supporting member.
BILATERAL COMPRESSION DEVICE
The present invention provides an improved bilateral compression device for post-operative surgical site, the bilateral compression device including a central cavity presented by an outerwall and a circumscribing sidewall, the central cavity in receipt of a post-operative pillow further comprising an outer membrane separated from an inner membrane for exerting a central compressive force and central indentation force deflection towards the post-operative surgical area which varies from a surrounding compression force.
Cover
A cover is disclosed. An airtight and watertight covering defines a space with at least one opening configured to circumferentially accommodate a portion of a body of a wearer and includes a flex layer including a plurality of resiliently elastic, malleable and deformable strands. A first gasket includes a malleable and resiliently deformable elastomer communicatively provided within an inner surface of the airtight and watertight covering within the space. The first gasket is configured to form an airtight and watertight seal against the portion of the body. The flex layer is deformable to allow the flex layer to transmute the magnitude of a force applied to the flex layer and to mitigate and to redirect the force respectively received against and away from the first gasket which thereby maintains the airtight and watertight seal against the portion of the body.
SAFETY GLASSES FOR A HUMAN USER
Safety glasses for a human user, with at least one lens which has an upper rim assignable to the user's forehead and a lower rim assignable to a user's cheek, with at least one nosepiece arranged at the at least one lens and with at least one protective lip to be supported on the user's face. The at least one protective lip only extends at the lower rim of the at least lens from the at least one nosepiece towards at least one of the outer lateral rims of the lens and, in extension of the lens, downwards from the lower rim of the lens to be supported on the user's cheek.
Eyeglass Frames For Treatment Of Dry Eye Syndrome And Corresponding 3D Printing Systems And Methods
Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to treatment for dry eyes. More specifically, some embodiments of the present technology relate to eyeglass frames for treatment of dry eye syndrome and corresponding three-dimensional printing systems and methods. In some embodiments an eyewear apparatus includes a frame with a seal configured to engage with the skin of the wearer around a majority of the perimeter of an interior portion of the front of the frame sufficient to keep the humidity around the eye high enough to provide relief from symptoms of dry eye syndrome.
Goggle systems and methods
Goggles and eyewear with various features may be described herein. Such goggles and eyewear may include lenses that allow for the installation of larger roll-off films, adjustable nose sections to increase comfort of a wearer, sweat management systems that include a permeable gasket and a gutter, lens attachment systems, and co-molded frames of multiple different materials.
