An array of absorbent articles includes a first absorbent insert, a second absorbent insert and one or more reusable outer covers configured to support the first absorbent insert to form a first absorbent article and/or configured to support the second absorbent insert to form a second absorbent article. The first absorbent insert has a first capacity and a first dry mass and the second absorbent insert has a second capacity and a second dry mass. The second dry mass is no more than 15% greater than the first dry mass and the second absorbent capacity is at least 15% greater than the first absorbent capacity.
MULTI-PIECE ABSORBENT ARTICLES AND ARRAYS THEREOF

An absorbent article includes an absorbent insert comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet. The backsheet comprising a nonwoven joined to a film and a backsheet film-to-nonwoven peel strength measured in N/cm in an engagement region. The absorbent article also includes an outer cover and a fastening system capable of joining the absorbent insert to the outer cover. In an engaged configuration, the article comprises an insert-outer cover peel strength measured in N/cm in the engagement region; and the backsheet film-to-nonwoven peel strength is greater than the insert-outer cover peel strength.

An absorbent article includes an absorbent insert comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet. The backsheet comprising a nonwoven joined to a film and a backsheet film-to-nonwoven peel strength measured in N/cm in an engagement region. The absorbent article also includes an outer cover and a fastening system capable of joining the absorbent insert to the outer cover. In an engaged configuration, the article comprises an insert-outer cover peel strength measured in N/cm in the engagement region; and the backsheet film-to-nonwoven peel strength is greater than the insert-outer cover peel strength.
MULTI-PIECE ABSORBENT ARTICLES WITH LEG CUFFS
An absorbent insert for use with a reusable outer cover includes a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet; and a leg gasketing system. The leg gasketing system includes at least one cuff having a folded edge and a material edge; wherein the material edge is disposed between layers that are each beneath the topsheet and/or is attached to a garment-facing surface of a layer disposed beneath the topsheet.
MULTI-PIECE ABSORBENT ARTICLES WITH LEG CUFFS
An absorbent insert for use with a reusable outer cover includes a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet; and a leg gasketing system. The leg gasketing system includes at least one cuff having a folded edge and a material edge; wherein the material edge is disposed between layers that are each beneath the topsheet and/or is attached to a garment-facing surface of a layer disposed beneath the topsheet.

A sensor system for detecting a property of or within an absorbent article may comprise an absorbent article and a sensor. The absorbent article may comprise a garment-facing layer and an absorbent assembly. The sensor may be disposed in and/or on the absorbent article. The sensor may be separable from the absorbent article. The sensor may be configured to sense a change in condition within the absorbent article.

A sensor system for detecting a property of or within an absorbent article may comprise an absorbent article and a sensor. The absorbent article may comprise a garment-facing layer and an absorbent assembly. The sensor may be disposed in and/or on the absorbent article. The sensor may be separable from the absorbent article. The sensor may be configured to sense a change in condition within the absorbent article.
FLUID ABSORBENT CLOTHING
A fluid absorbent clothing is configured to absorb fluid from a human user. The fluid absorbent clothing includes a waistband, attached to a front panel and a rear panel. An interior pocket panel is attached to an inside of the front panel forming an interior pocket. A removable desiccant is inserted into the interior pocket panel. Fluid excreted from the human user is absorbed by the removable desiccant making the human user dry.
