POLYURETHANE FOAM AND POLYOL COMPOSITION FOR PRODUCTION OF POLYURETHANE
The present invention provides a polyurethane foam containing an amine polymer. In addition, the present invention provides a polyol composition for production of a polyurethane containing a polyol and an amine polymer. The amine polymer is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyvinylamine, a polyvinylalkylamine, a polyalkyleneimine, a polyaniline and salts thereof.
POLYAMINES AS ALDEHYDE SCAVENGERS
Disclosed herein are processes for producing polyurethanes including mixing (a) polyisocyanate, (b) polymeric compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups, (c) optionally catalysts, (d) polymeric amines of general formula H.sub.2NW-NR-[W-NR].sub.l-[Q-NR].sub.m-[SNR].sub.n-W-NH.sub.2 and optionally (e) blowing agents, (f) chain extenders and/or crosslinking agents and (g) auxiliaries and/or additives to form a reaction mixture and reacting the reaction mixture to afford the polyurethane where the polydispersity of the polymeric amines (d) is at least 1.2. Further disclosed herein are a polyurethane produced by the process, a method of using such a polyurethane in enclosed spaces and a composition including (b) polymeric compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups, (c) catalysts and (d) polymeric amines of general formula H.sub.2NW-NR-[W-NR].sub.l-[Q-NR].sub.m-[SNR].sub.n-W-NH.sub.2 and blowing agents including water, where the polydispersity of the polymeric amines (d) is at least 1.2.

The invention relates to a polymer or oligomer comprising a) An oligomeric or polymeric core comprising carbon atoms and at least one of oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms, and b) at least three hydrocarbyl terminal and/or pending groups having 12 to 100 carbon atoms, wherein the hydrocarbyl groups are linked to the core via c) a linking moiety comprising i) a urethane group and ii) a group selected from urethane group, urea group, and biuret group.

The invention relates to a composition comprising: an NCO component comprising: A) at least one polyurethane comprising at least two NCO terminal groups produced by an addition polymerisation reaction of at least one dissymetric diisocyanate and at least one polyol, and B) at least one polyisocyanate comprising at least three NCO isocyanate functions, selected from the group consisting of biurets, isocyanurates, adducts of diisocyanates and of triols, and the mixtures thereof; and an OH component comprising: at least one polyol; and a total content of filler(s) higher than or equal to 35 wt. %, in relation to the total weight of said OH component.

The present invention relates to a composite material comprising nanoporous particles and at least one binder constructed from at least one isocyanate and at least one polymer P selected from the group consisting of polyvinylamine, poly(meth)acrylic acid, poly(meth)acrylic ester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylthiol and mixtures thereof, wherein said at least one binder is used in an amount of 0.1 to 20 wt %, based on the amount of nanoporous particles, a composition for producing a composite material of this type, a process for producing a composite material of this type, shaped articles comprising said composite material and the use of said composite material for thermal and/or acoustical insulation.
