Electrically conductive polymeric compositions, contacts, assemblies, and methods
Electrically conductive polymeric compositions adapted for use in forming electronic devices are disclosed. The compositions are thermally curable at temperatures less than about 250 C. Compositions are provided which may be solvent-free and so can be used in processing or manufacturing operations without solvent recovery concerns. Core-shell conductive particles provide the conductivity of the compositions and devices contemplated herein.

The present invention provides a blocked polyisocyanate composition comprising a blocked polyisocyanate formed through blocking at least a part of isocyanate groups possessed by a polyisocyanate derived from one or two or more diisocyanates selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic diisocyanate and an alicyclic diisocyanate with an active methylene-based compound comprising a malonic acid diester, wherein a specific molar ratio calculated from contents (mol %) of isocyanurate groups, iminooxadiazinedione groups, uretdione groups, and allophanate groups is 0.05 or more and 0.60 or less.

Provided is a polymer capable of providing a coating film that has good initial adhesiveness to a base material and good adhesiveness thereto after a pressure cooker test, and has excellent abrasion resistance as determined by a falling sand abrasion test. The polymer includes a perhaloolefin unit, a vinyl ester unit that contains neither a hydroxy group nor an aromatic ring; and a hydroxy group-containing monomer unit. The polymer has a hydroxyl value of 110 mgKOH/g or greater.
LOW-SOLVENT COATING SYSTEMS FOR TEXTILES
Provided is a coating composition for the elastic coating of textile materials, comprising at least one blocked, isocyanate-terminated prepolymer (component A), the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer A) being prepared from a polyol component a) IN and an isocyanate component b), and the terminal isocyanate groups being blocked with dialkyl malonate and/or 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, and the isocyanate component b) containing 70 wt % of at least one aliphatic polyisocyanate and 30 wt % of at least one N aromatic polyisocyanate, based on the total weight of component b), at least one polyamine (component B) and 30 wt %, based on the total mass of the coating composition, of at least one organic solvent. Further provided are a method for coating substrates with the coating composition, and also the substrate obtainable in such a method, and, further, the use of the coating composition for producing elastic coatings or elastic films.

According to the present invention, there is provide a coated film that is excellent in surface hardness and abrasion resistance and has good adhesion between a polyester film and a hard coat layer. The present invention relates to a coated film comprising a polyester film and a coating layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, the coating layer being prepared from a coating solution comprising a (meth)acrylate compound, a reactive silica comprising a (meth)acryloyl group, and an isocyanate-based compound.
COMPOSITION FOR REACTIVE HOT MELT RESIN AND REACTIVE HOT MELT FILM PREPARED FROM THE RESIN
Disclosed is a composition for reactive hot melt resin and a reactive hot melt film prepared from the resin, which resin composition includes a polyurethane resin having a linear structure, an isocyanate blocking agent having a plurality of functional groups, a reaction catalyst, a reaction retardant, etc. Preferably, the resin composition includes a polyurethane resin and an isocyanate blocking agent used as a latent curing agent, which are main components; a catalyst for accelerating the reaction; and a reaction retardant for securing long-term storability.
Particularly, the composition for reactive hot melt resin further includes a heat-resistance enhancer, preferably nanosilica, for preventing the resin from melting down during no-sew press treatment to provide a performance to help maintenance of adhesion.

AQUEOUS COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR FORMING MULTILAYER COATING FILM
An object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous coating material composition that has excellent storage stability and that demonstrates high coating film performance and strong glass adhesiveness even when cured at a relatively low temperature. The present invention discloses an aqueous coating material composition including (A) a hydroxyl group- and carboxyl group-containing resin, (B) a blocked polyisocyanate compound, (C) a polycarbodiimide compound, and (D) a basic compound. The basic compound (D) includes (D1) a basic compound having an acid dissociation constant (PKa) in a range from 7.0 to 8.5 and a boiling point in a range from 100 to 200? C. A content ratio of the basic compound (D1) is in a range from 30 to 100 mass % based on the mass of the basic compound (D). The aqueous coating material composition has a pH in a range from 8.0 to 11.5.
Block polyisocyanate compound
It is an object of the invention to provide a block polyisocyanate compound with excellent storage stability. The block polyisocyanate compound of the invention has the following construction. A block polyisocyanate compound having at least one block isocyanate group selected from the group consisting of a block isocyanate group represented by formula (I), block isocyanate group represented by formula (II) and block isocyanate group represented by formula (III), and a hydrophilic group.
