Aqueous coating composition and coating method using same
The objective of the present invention is to provide: an aqueous coating composition which has excellent adhesiveness to a plastic substrate and which is capable of forming a multilayer coating film, which has excellent finishing property and water resistance and in which mixing of the layers does not occur even when preheating is not conducted after coating and the next process of applying a finishing coat is performed thereafter; and a coating method using the composition. This aqueous coating composition is characterized by comprising an aqueous dispersion of a modified polyolefin (A), an aqueous acrylic resin (B) and a blocked polyisocyanate compound having a specific blocked isocyanate (C).
Clear coating composition and method for coating automobile body
To provide a coating composition, which is capable of providing a coating film on a resin part and on a steel plate part at the same time at lower temperatures than conventional coating compositions, and which is capable of providing a coating film that has excellent bending resistance. A clear coating composition, which contains a base material that contains an acrylic polyol, a crosslinking agent that is composed of an active methylene type blocked isocyanate and a melamine resin, and a curing catalyst. The mass ratio of the base material to the melamine resin is 1.5-9.0, and the mass percentage of the active methylene type blocked isocyanate in the composition is set within a specific range when the total of the mass percentage of the base material and the mass percentage of the melamine resin in the composition is taken as 100% by mass.
Polyisocyanate composition, film-forming composition, film, film laminate, adhesive resin composition and adhesive resin-cured product, coating composition and coating material-cured product
A polyisocyanate composition having at least one isocyanate compound selected from an aliphatic isocyanate and an alicyclic isocyanate as a skeleton, wherein an average value of a total number of isocyanate groups blocked with a blocking agent and not blocked with a blocking agent per polyisocyanate molecule is 2 or more, and among the isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate composition, 1 mol % or more and 99 mol % or less are blocked with a blocking agent, and the like.
Thermally curable primers for digital printing
Aqueous print receptive primers comprising a crosslinking agent which are cured at temperatures above 80 C. after being overprinted via electrographic (toner) or inkjet digital printing processes.
ADHESIVE FOR CASTABLE URETHANES
Provided are adhesives containing a phenoxy resin grafted with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and/or methacrylic acid (MAA), and including a uretdione or a silane. The adhesive compositions are completely or substantially absent free isocyanate. The grafted phenoxy resin forms crosslinking which allows the adhesive to chemisorb to a metal surface, diffuse and entangle in a urethane elastomer and/or provide crossbridging and/or crosslinking across an interface of the adhesive and a cast urethane. Methods of adhering a castable urethane to a substrate, using the provided adhesives, are also provided.
INTERMEDIATE FILM FOR A PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE, METHOD FOR FORMING SAME AND METHOD FOR FORMING A PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE
According to the present invention, an intermediate film for a backsheet for photovoltaic modules is provided, the intermediate film comprising a substrate film, for example, a PET film, and a partially cross-linked layer of coating resin. The corresponding method for producing such an intermediate film is also presented, which involves providing a substrate film, depositing and spreading a layer of coating resin on the substrate film, and partially cross-linking the layer of coating resin. According to this method, the cross-linking of the resin is stopped before it is completed so that the intermediate film is obtained, and it is finished during the subsequent process of laminating the intermediate film to the encapsulant of a photovoltaic module.
