Mobile Chair Apparatus Comprising Foot Pedals
A mobile chair apparatus is described that comprises a drive assembly that preferably includes one or more moveable foot pedals, and drive wheels which rotate in response to rotation of the foot pedals by the mobile chair occupant, and a steering assembly which comprises two steering wheels and at least one tiller, configured such that forward and backward movement of said tiller will translate into movement of both steering wheels, wherein the drive assembly and the steering assembly concurrently enable the mobile chair occupant to propel and steer the mobile chair apparatus without assistance from another person.
MOBILITY AID
A mobility aid, comprising a first frame member, a second frame member, and at least one pivoting member, which is connected to the first frame member and is pivotably mounted about a pivot axis to the second frame member. The pivoting member can be moved into a use position and into a transport position relative to the second frame member. A first locking device locks the pivoting member relative to the second frame member whenever the pivoting member is in the use position. A second locking device locks the first frame member relative to the second frame member whenever the pivoting member is in the transport position.
WHEELCHAIR
A wheelchair includes right and left side frames and a connection unit connecting the side frames to each other. The side frames each include a unit fixture for detachably fixing the connection unit. The connection unit is selectable from a foldable connection unit connecting the right and left side frames with a distance therebetween changeable or a non-foldable connection unit connecting the right and left side frames with the distance therebetween kept constant.
Modular wheelchair system
A convertible transport system including a seat portion, a back support portion, and a pivoting mechanism coupled to the seat portion and to the back support portion. The pivoting mechanism is configured to adjust and lock the back support portion relative to the seat portion, the pivoting mechanism having three operative states: a free pivoting state allowing the back support portion to pivot relative to the seat portion about an axis; a ratcheting state allowing the back support portion to only pivot toward the seat portion about the axis; and a locking state in which the pivoting mechanism is locked to thereby prevent a pivoting movement of the back support portion relative to the seat portion.
Collapsible wheelchair
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a collapsible wheelchair, including: a movable chassis; a chair; a chair backrest; at least one first folding mechanism, installed between the movable chassis and the chair; and at least one second folding mechanism, connected between the chair and the chair backrest; where, the at least one first folding mechanism and the at least one second folding mechanism are connected in series and both have a four-rod linkage structure, and when the collapsible wheelchair is switched from a folded state to an open state or from the open state to the folded state, the at least one first folding mechanism and the at least one second folding mechanism are configured to move simultaneously. The collapsible wheelchair provided by the present disclosure is convenient in terms of the operation and easy to operate.
Multi-adjustable wheelchair and frame therefor
A wheelchair frame comprises a base frame having a geometry that is structured and configured to be adjustable about a fixed pivot, wherein the base frame comprises a central frame and frame component that are adjustable via an angular adjustment.
Collapsible lovemaking apparatus
The collapsible lovemaking apparatus has an elongated housing having opposing ends. A floor, a top platform, opposing sidewalls, and a rigidly fixed end wall having a handle form the housing and define a hollow interior. A chair platform is slidably mounted on telescoping tubes attached to the floor, the platform being slidable out of the open housing end and supported at one end by wheels. An adjustable height pedestal chair is mounted on the platform, the chair back being rotatable 180 to define an end wall closing the open end of the housing. A second chair seat having a reclining chair back is mounted on a trolley on the top platform facing the adjustable height chair, the reclining back being collapsible to a flat position. The pedestal chair and the trolley-mounted chair seat may roll towards and away from each other to facilitate love making.
CONFIGURABLE ASSISTIVE DEVICE
A configurable assistive device comprising: a platform; at least three wheels; and, at least three independent leg mechanisms, each respective leg mechanism coupled to the platform and a respective one of the at least three wheels, each respective leg mechanism configured to move the platform relative to the respective wheel for positioning the platform at an elevation and for inclining the platform to an inclination to configure the assistive device into one of a plurality of configurations.
Collapsible transport chair with baggage capability
This Apparatus consists of a collapsible Transport Chair providing the ability to transport a passenger and significant baggage as well as bi-directional operation over rougher surfaces. The Transport Chair includes a strong platform containing a footrest, wheel and braking assemblies. The platform supports a hinged front frame enclosing a passenger seat frame and seat; plus a hinged rear support frame to secure the front frame and seat when assembled. Handgrips and brake levers are provided for the caregiver to push from the rear as well as a fold-down handle bar to allow the transport chair to be propelled from the front. The rear support frame and the front frame along with the folding seat collapse onto the platform for storage and/or transport.
Mobility device with double cargo bin stack
Systems and methods for a multi-function mobility device to provide cargo container transport are provided. A multi-function mobility device includes a frame configurable between a plurality of configurations. The frame includes a plurality of individually controllable wheeled leg members configured to traverse uneven terrain. The mobility device is configured to transform the frame into a cargo transport configuration that accepts two stacks of cargo bins locked together. The mobility device is also configured to transform the frame into a rideable configuration that accepts a person.
