Rear steer portable wheelchair

The present invention relates to improvements in the design of a rear-steer collapsible, in particular the invention relates to a number of safety enhancing features that provide a safer and more versatile rear steer portable wheelchair.

FOLDING WHEELCHAIR

A folding wheelchair, including a back frame a seat frame a lower frame, two rear wheel assemblies, two front wheel assemblies and an armrest; the armrest and the seat frame are hingedly connected to the back frame from top to bottom in a sequence; the two front wheel assemblies is connected to the lower frame; a sliding guide rail is provided between one end of the seat frame and each rear wheel assembly, and is provided with a sliding block thereon in a sliding fit manner; the sliding block is hingedly connected to a lower end of the back frame and the lower frame or the lower end of the back frame is hingedly connected to the sliding block and the lower frame; or the lower frame is hingedly connected to the lower end of the back frame and the sliding block The folding wheelchair is safe and reliable touse, and can be folded smoothly and quickly; in addition, the folded wheelchair has a small size, and is convenient to lean, against a wall, occupies a small space in a vehicle trunk or under a bed, and is convenient to use when going out.

Wheelchair

To make it easier to lift and move a wheelchair by keeping casters from hanging even when the wheelchair is lifted by one hand, a wheelchair includes a folding mechanism that couples a left-side support arm and a right-side support arm foldably in a left-right direction of the vehicle body. The folding mechanism includes an operation part for use in changing a state of a left-side support arm and a right-side support arm from one of a folded state or an unfolded state to another. The operation part is arranged between a rear drive wheel and a caster in a side view of the vehicle body.

Wheelchair seat assembly

A seat assembly for a conveyance, such as a wheelchair, that allows the user to set the recline angle of the seat back at a seating position, fold the seat back down to a folded position and back up to the seating position, such that the seat back is returned to the seating position at the user selected recline angle R unless the recline angle is adjusted by the user. The user selected recline angle R is not disturbed by folding the seat back from the seating position, to the folded position 106, and back to the seating position.

Collapsible wheelchair

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a collapsible wheelchair, including: a movable chassis; a chair; a chair backrest; at least one first folding mechanism, installed between the movable chassis and the chair; and at least one second folding mechanism, connected between the chair and the chair backrest; where, the at least one first folding mechanism and the at least one second folding mechanism are connected in series and both have a four-rod linkage structure, and when the collapsible wheelchair is switched from a folded state to an open state or from the open state to the folded state, the at least one first folding mechanism and the at least one second folding mechanism are configured to move simultaneously. The collapsible wheelchair provided by the present disclosure is convenient in terms of the operation and easy to operate.

Wheelchair

It is an object to improve riding comfort of a wheelchair having a folding mechanism by keeping an operation part of the folding mechanism from contacting a wheelchair user seated. A folding mechanism includes an operation part for use in changing a state of a left-side support arm and a right-side support arm from one of a folded state or an unfolded state to another. The operation part is arranged below an upper end part of a seat frame with a predetermined space therebetween.

Wheelchair

A rear side entry type wheelchair includes a driving device comprising a pair of driving frames provided on left and right sides thereof and driving wheels provided in the driving frames, respectively, a seat device including a pair of horizontal frames coupled to the driving device and saddles configured to be rotated about a vertical shaft on surfaces of the horizontal frames, a back support device including a back support opening/closing interworker provided on a rear side of the seat device and a back support provided in the back support opening/closing interworker configured to be foldable so as to be opened and closed, and a handle device provided on a front side of the seat device.

VEHICLE AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF

A vehicle is provided, including a chassis, a seat, and a support assembly; two ends of the support assembly are rotatably connected with the chassis and the seat, respectively; the support assembly drives the seat to be folded or unfolded; the seat is disposed spaced apart from the chassis when it is unfolded; the seat is attached to the chassis when it is folded; the chassis includes a first chassis frame and a second chassis frame, the first chassis frame is slid relative to the second chassis frame to retract or extend the chassis; the first chassis frame and the second chassis frame are adjacent when the chassis is extended; the first chassis frame and the second chassis frame are partially overlapped when the chassis is retracted; the chassis is retracted or extended while the seat is folded or unfolded.

Foldable electric wheelchair

The present application discloses a foldable electric wheelchair. The foldable electric wheelchair includes two frame modules spaced apart; the seat module is provided between two frame modules; the wheel module is located at the bottom of two frame modules; the foot pedal module is located on the front side of two frame modules; a foldable module, wherein the foldable module includes a first folding mechanism, a second folding mechanism, a linkage mechanism, a locking mechanism, and an unlocking mechanism. The first folding mechanism and the second folding mechanism are both provided between two frame modules, and the linkage mechanism is provided between the first folding mechanism and the second folding mechanism. The locking mechanism is slidably provided outside the linkage mechanism, and a support mechanism is hinged between the locking mechanism and the first folding mechanism. The unlocking mechanism slides inside the linkage mechanism.

WHEELCHAIR FOR AN INTERNAL CABIN OF AN AIRCRAFT

A system and a method include a wheelchair, and a cart housing removably coupled to the wheelchair. The cart housing is configured to be selectively secured to and removed from the wheelchair. The system is operable as a galley cart when the cart housing is secured to the wheelchair. The system is operable as transfer chair when the cart housing is removed from the wheelchair.
