Spinning device and method for spinning up a spinning device
What is shown is a spinning device (1) and a method for spinning up a spinning device (1) for the continuous extrusion of molded bodies (3) from a spinning solution (6), as well as a spin-up device (11) for the execution of the method, in which method the molded bodies (3) are extruded from the spinning solution (6) through spinnerets (7) of the spinning device (1) in the form of a loose spinning curtain (2), the molded bodies (3) of the loose spinning curtain (2) are, after the extrusion, combined into a molded body bundle (4), and the molded body bundle (4) is, in a further step, fed to a draw-off member (10) of the spinning device (1) in order to start a continuous extrusion of the molded bodies (3). In order to make the method for spinning up the spinning device (1) simpler and more reproducible, it is proposed that the molded bodies (3) be combined into the molded body bundle (4) by twisting the spinning curtain (2) around a torsion axis (20).

Apparatus with particle- or fiber-making device and an endless belt
An apparatus has a particle and/or fiber-making device and a foraminous endless belt extending in a longitudinal travel direction. A pair of horizontally spaced end rollers between which the belt is stretched horizontally receive fibers or particles from the device. A rotatable support roller between the end rollers directly engages and supports the belt, extends a full width of the belt, and has a diameter of less than 200 mm.
Thread drawing processes
The thread drawing processes include the steps of feeding, mixing and stirring, first drying, hot melt extrusion, first cooling, stretch extension, second cooling, winding-strands-into-roll, and second drying. The threads made by the processes mainly use thermoplastic polyurethane particles which are easily prepared. When fabric made by the threads is attached to objects, the fabric is flat and neat.
METHOD OF RECYCLING CARBON FIBER
An embodiment is a method of recycling carbon fibers that includes: preparing a carbon fiber reinforced plastic formed product that includes a carbon fiber reinforced plastic containing a carbon fiber and a resin; thermally decomposing or dissolving the resin in the carbon fiber reinforced plastic formed product by a first heating process or a first dissolving process; and winding while drawing the carbon fiber from the carbon fiber reinforced plastic formed product after the first heating process or the first dissolving process. The winding further includes thermally decomposing or dissolving a residue of the resin attached to the carbon fiber by a second heating process or a second dissolving process and adding a sizing agent to the carbon fiber after the second heating process or the second dissolving process.
Fiber manufacturing apparatus
A fiber manufacturing apparatus includes: a fiber manufacturing portion including a first operation unit including a first operation surface and a second operation unit including a second operation surface facing the first operation surface, wherein at least one of the first operation unit and the second operation unit performs a reciprocating motion to manufacture a fiber between the first operation surface and the second operation surface; and a fiber collecting portion configured to collect the fiber manufactured between the first operation surface and the second operation surface, wherein at least one of the first operation surface and the second operation surface includes a polymer solution.

Device for entangling a plurality of individual threads of a composite thread
Various techniques involve a device for entangling a plurality of individual threads of a composite thread in a melt-spinning process for the production of crimped yarns. The device to this end has a plurality of entanglement nozzles which are collectively held on a support. In order to enable a flexible utilization of the entanglement nozzles and of thread guiding, the entanglement nozzles on the support are assigned at least one thread guide in such a manner that the threads are guidable optionally in the entanglement nozzles and/or in the thread guide.
ELECTROSPINNING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEPARATER-INTEGRATED ELECTRODE
According to one embodiment, an electrospinning apparatus deposits a fiber on an electrode. The apparatus includes a transport section and a fiber deposition section. The transport section transports electrodes. The fiber deposition section deposits the fiber on first and second surfaces of the electrodes. The electrodes include coated and uncoated portions. The transport section transports the electrodes in a third direction in the fiber deposition section. The electrodes include first and second electrodes. The first electrode is positioned at one end in the second direction and transported so that the uncoated portion of the first electrode protrudes toward the one end side. The second electrode is positioned at other end in the second direction and transported so that the uncoated portion of the second electrode protrudes toward the other end side.
