Spinning Machine or Winder and Method for Operating a Spinning Machine or Winder
In a spinning machine or winder comprising at least one pneumatic device (7) including a supply line (8) for a first pressure (P.sub.1), a regulating line (9) for an operating pressure (P.sub.2), a valve system (10), a manometer (13), and a data processing unit (14), the regulating line (9) is connected to the manometer (13) in such a way that the operating pressure (P.sub.2) is measured by the manometer (13). The valve system (10) comprises a first valve (11), which is connected to the supply line (8), or a first path (17) of a directional control valve (16) for feeding a pressure medium into the regulating line (9), and a second valve (12), which is connected to a surrounding atmosphere, or a second path (18) of a directional control valve (16) for draining the pressure medium from the regulating line (9), wherein the data processing unit (14), which is connected to the manometer (13) and to the valve system (10), is designed for opening the first valve (11) or the first path (17) and closing the second valve (12) or the second path (18) if the operating pressure (P.sub.2) is less than a first set value, and opening the second valve (12) or the second path (18) and closing the first valve (11) or the first path (17) if the operating pressure (P.sub.2) is greater than the first set value or a second set value, wherein the first pressure (P.sub.1) is greater than the operating pressure (P.sub.2).
Ringspinning system for producing a yarn and method for stopping the supply of filaments to a drafting stage of a ringspinning system
The present disclosure provides a ringspinning system for producing a yarn. It is provided a the ringspinning system comprising a bobbin holder for holding a bobbin from which a first filament is supplied, a drafting stage for drafting the first filament together with a second filament, which is fed to the drafting stage, and a spindle, the ringspinning system further contains at least one sensor for detecting a breakage of the first and/or second filament and/or a roving comprising the first and second filament, which roving comes out of the drafting stage, and a clamp assembly comprising a clamp for fixing the second filament in the case that the sensor detects the breakage, wherein the clamp is provided adjacent the bobbin holder. It is further provided a method for stopping the supply of filaments to a drafting stage of a ring spinning system.
Automatic yarn feeding system for twisting machine
An automatic yarn feeding system is provided. The system comprises a yarn feeding track which is arranged on the twisting machine in a length direction of the twisting machine and provided with a yarn feeding manipulator walking along the yarn feeding track; and a supply zone which is arranged on one side of the yarn feeding track and used to buffer base yarns. The yarn feeding manipulator is used to convey the base yarns from the supply zone to a yarn feeding creel of each spindle position. The yarn feeding track is located in the middle of the top of the twisting machine. The supply zone is provided with a structure for buffering a plurality of base yarns, and is located on one side of an end of the yarn feeding track on the top of a control cabinet.

LIFTING SYSTEM FOR INNER YARN RAILS
A lifting system for inner yarn rails relates to the technical field of twisting and weaving equipment in factories, the system comprises an in-air conveying rail, and a carrier unit, wherein the in-air conveying rail is configured to convey the carrier unit, and the carrier unit is configured to carry a winding package; an inner yarn-carrier-lifting section is arranged on the in-air conveying rail, the inner yarn-carrier-lifting section is positioned on both sides of a twisting machine; when the inner yarn-carrier-lifting section rises, it communicates with the in-air conveying rail; when the inner yarn-carrier-lifting section descends, it approaches the position of a spindle bucket of the twisting machine. The winding packages delivered each time by one carrier unit can correspond to every spindle position of the twisting machine, dramatically improving the delivery efficiency of the winding packages.
Method and handling unit for transferring a sliver from a sliver can into a workstation
A method and associated handling unit transfer a sliver from a sliver can into a workstation of a sliver processing textile machine that has a plurality of identical workstations arranged next to one another. The handling unit is stopped at the workstation and the sliver is captured with the handling unit at the sliver can. The captured sliver is transferred to a receiving unit of the workstation and, after the sliver has been transferred, the sliver is released from the handling unit as the handling unit leaves the workstation. After the sliver has been released, a check is performed to determine whether the sliver has been completely removed from the handling unit.
