PROLIFERATED THREAD COUNT OF A WOVEN TEXTILE BY SIMULTANEOUS INSERTION WITHIN A SINGLE PICK INSERTION EVENT OF A LOOM APPARATUS MULTIPLE ADJACENT PARALLEL YARNS DRAWN FROM A MULTI-PICK YARN PACKAGE
A method includes forming a multi-pick yarn package through winding multiple oriented yarns onto a spool, with the multiple oriented yarns serving as weft yarns forming adjacent substantially parallel yarns wound together. Each of the multiple oriented yarns is formed through drawing each of multiple yarns from a corresponding supply package. The method also includes, using the multi-pick yarn package, simultaneously inserting the weft yarns in a single pick insertion event of a pick insertion apparatus of a loom apparatus in which the simultaneously inserted weft yarns are to be conveyed through a set of warp yarns to produce an incremental length of a woven textile fabric.
FIBER FOR ARTIFICIAL HAIRS, ARTIFICIAL HAIR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIBER FOR ARTIFICIAL HAIRS, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ARTIFICIAL HAIR
Disclosed is a fiber for artificial hairs that is given a predetermined shape, the fiber being formed from a synthetic fibroin fiber containing a modified fibroin, and the fiber expanding when placed in a wet state and contracting when dried from a wet state. Also disclosed is a method for producing a fiber for artificial hairs that is given a predetermined shape, the method including retaining a fibroin fiber containing a modified fibroin in a state conforming to a predetermined shape. A wetted fibroin fiber may also be heated while being retained in a state conforming to a predetermined shape.
AIR TEXTURED YARN (ATY) AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An air textured yarn (ATY) is disclosed. The ATY includes a first filament having a first cross section, and a second filament disposed adjacent to the first filament having a second cross section, wherein the first cross section has a substantially circular shape and has a degree of modification (M ratio) less than or substantially equal to 1.3, the second cross section has a polygonal shape including 3 to 6 lobes, and a difference between a length of the first filament and a length of the second filament is less than or substantially equal to 4%. Further, a method of manufacturing the ATY is also disclosed.
SHARP COLOR EFFECT YARN
Processes are provided for the manufacture of color effect face yarns for use in tufted goods. These color effect yarns may exhibit unique color effects and contain a lower overall denier, thereby allowing the production of tufted goods with a greater than normal tuft density per unit area. Consequently, this can result in finer color effects and/or sharper definition of color effects in the tufted goods and expands the design possibilities for such products.
Process and system for manufacturing twisted and textured yarns
A process and system for manufacturing twisted and textured yarns are provided. The process includes drawing a first material yarn from a first supply source under predetermined tension; heatingly extending the first material yarn through at least one first heating godet; drawing a second material yarn from a second supply source under predetermined tensions; heatingly extending the second material yarn through at least one second heating godet; feeding at least one of the first material yarn and the second material yarn in an Air Textured Unit (ATY) to obtain a third material yarn; winding the third material yarn exiting from the ATY, wherein the winding is a pirn winding process; twisting the first material yarn, the second material yarn and the third material yarn; and rewinding the twisted third material yarn.

Continuous strand of filaments having gradient-length characteristic implemented by kinky texture and spiral rotational twist, and manufacturing method therefor
Provided is a strand extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein the strand includes filaments of one type having a gradient-length effect through spiral rotational twists and an irregular fine texture through self-thermal shrinking. The filaments of the strand have natural coiling characteristics that are very similar to those of natural hair of black people, and these characteristics are caused by the facts that the filaments have 3-dimensional waveforms occurred due to many fine and irregular windings or projections and that the waveforms exhibit fractal structure features and a fine kinky texture.
Fibers for artificial hair
The present invention is to provide a fiber for artificial hair which can freely change the hairstyle at home while maintaining the wave shape of the fiber. A fiber for artificial hair having a bending rigidity maintaining ratio defined by formula (1) is 40 to 80% and a heat shrinkage ratio defined by formula (2) is 0.0 to 5.0% is provided.
bending rigidity maintaining ratio (%)=100{(bending rigidity in a state after conditioning for 24 hours at 30 C.90% RH)/(bending rigidity in a state after conditioning for 24 hours at 23 C.50% RH)}(1)
heat shrinkage ratio (%)=100{(length before heat treatment)(length after heat treatment for 5 min at 155 C.)}/(length before heat treatment)(2).
