Production method for partially separated fiber bundle, partially separated fiber bundle, fiber-reinforced resin molding material using partially separated fiber bundle, and production method for fiber-reinforced resin molding material using partially separated fiber bundle

A method of producing a partially separated fiber bundle includes a partial separation processing step for alternately forming separation-processed sections, each divided into a plurality of bundles, and not-separation-processed sections along the lengthwise direction of a fiber bundle, wherein a separation means provided with a plurality of projected parts is penetrated into the fiber bundle to create separation-processed parts, the separation means is removed from the fiber bundle, and the separation means is penetrated into the fiber bundle again, characterized in that a sizing agent is applied at an arbitrary timing during the production process of the partially separated fiber bundle. A partially separated fiber bundle is obtained by the production method, a fiber-reinforced resin molding material uses the partially separated fiber bundle, and a production method makes the fiber-reinforced resin molding material.

The device (1) comprises a first roller (3) rotatable about a first rotation axis (3A) and a second roller (5) rotatable about a second rotation axis (5A), parallel to the first rotation axis (3A). The two are in mutual contact and define between them a yarn passage (7) and at least of them is motorized. The device further comprises 5 guide members (9) defining a feed path of at least a yarn (F; F1, F2, F3, F4), associated with the yarn passage (7) between the first roller (3) and the second roller (5). The guide members (9; 13) are movable with respect to the rollers (3, 5) in a direction substantially parallel to the first rotation axis (3A) and to the second rotation axis (5A), so as to take the yarn path temporarily outside the mutual contact 10 area between the rollers.

PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ECOLOGICAL, SUSTAINABLE MIXED YARNS AND MIXED YARNS OBTAINED
20200392653 · 2020-12-17 ·

A first production process of mixed yarns and mixed yarns obtained from ecological and or sustainable and or biodegradable and or compostable textiles within any textile industry and or adapted in the machines within spinning mills. This makes possible a very large combination of different types of textile yarn mixtures and an amplitude in weights of mixed sustainable and or biodegradable and or compostable yarns, to meet and create new demands for sustainable and or ecological textile products. The process described here for injection of compressed air is the combination and mixing of biodegradable, or compostable and/or sustainable filament yarns with biodegradable, or compostable, and/or sustainable yarns, bringing technology to the products in line with the ecology and sustainability of the environment. This makes possible a definitive solution in ocean contamination by synthetic and artificial textile fibers from fabrics and clothes, which release their fibers during industrial and domestic washing.
