20190136422 · 2019-05-09 ·

The object of the present invention is to provide a two-layer fabric for manufacturing a unwoven fabric which can reduce the sticking of the fiber generated upon the manufacturing of the unwoven fabric, while add the excellent lateral rigidity, the excellent diagonal rigidity, and the excellent sheet supportability to the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric.

In the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric comprising a right surface side layer consisting of wefts of the right surface side and warps of the right surface side, and a back surface side layer consisting of wefts of the back surface side and warps of the back surface side, the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric further comprises a first pair of wefts in which a binding warp on the right surface side serving as a binding yarn and a binding warp on the back surface side serving as a binding yarn are arranged in a substantially vertical direction, a second pair of warps in which a warp on the right surface side and a warp on the back surface side are arranged in a vertical direction to be overlapped with each other, and a third pair of warps in which two warps on the right surface side are arranged adjacent to each other.

Conveyor belt

A conveyor belt including a pulley cover layer, a carry cover layer, and at least one reinforcement layer disposed within the belt between the pulley cover layer and the carry cover layer. The belt has a first edge section, a second edge section, and a load carrying section. The first edge section and the second edge section are located on each side of the conveyor belt, and the load carrying section is located between the first second edge sections. The reinforcement layer is comprised of a woven fabric which has weft threads extending across the width of the belt and passing into both the first edge section and the second edge section of the conveyor belt. The woven fabric also has warp threads located in the load carrying section of the conveyor belt extending longitudinally throughout the belt without passing into either the first or the second edge section.

HIGH TEMPERATURE MONOFILAMENT ARTICLES

A fabricated part for a high temperature operation including a non-metallic substrate formed of a polymer fabric of woven non-absorbent polymer filament. The substrate is heat-resistant and heat set at a temperature that is above a predetermined operating temperature of an operation of the fabricated part. The heat setting pre-shrinks/heat stabilizes the material, thereby reducing failure during use in high temperature and/or wet applications. The substrate is useful as an endless belt and other applications. The invention further includes an apparatus with a heating device configured to operate at the predetermined operating temperature, and the fabricated part within or extending through the heating device.

An industrial textile is provided, preferably suitable for use as a dryer fabric in a papermaking machine. The industrial textile has first and second surfaces and is defined by first and second systems of warp yarns interwoven with a system of weft yarns in a repeating pattern. In the repeating pattern, each of the warp yarns in the first system of warp yarns is interwoven with the system of weft yarns with a float on the first surface over at least 5 of the weft yarns, under 1 of the weft yarns, over 1 of the weft yarns, and under 1 of the weft yarns. Additionally, each of the warp yarns in the second system of warp yarns is interwoven with the system of weft yarns with a float on the second surface under at least 5 of the weft yarns, over 1 of the weft yarns, under 1 of the weft yarns, and over 1 of the weft yarns in the repeating pattern. Each of the warp yarns of the first system of warp yarns is stacked over a corresponding one of the warp yarns of the second system of warp yarns to form stacked pairs of the warp yarns.
