PLUSH PILE KNITTED PRODUCT AND KNITTING MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF

The invention relates to a plush pile knitted product and a knitting machine for the production thereof. Said knitted product comprises knitting threads (9), weft threads (10, 11), and front (14) and rear (12) plush threads, whereas the rear plush threads (12) are cut off at given intervals (a) to form plush pile on the front surface of the product. Said knitting machine comprises a housing (26). On the housing (26), over the entire length of the machine multiple closing safety plates (23) that can move vertically, and push plates (22) for pressing the weft threads (10 and 11) are mounted. Each rear plush plate (8) comprises a cutting disc (27) to cut the rear plush threads (12). Each of the threads (9,14,10,11,12) is fed in using a separate step motor (25).

An elastic band may include an elastic weaving body, and a three-dimensional protruding surface is knitted on a front surface of the elastic weaving body while a flat plush surface is knitted on a rear surface thereof. The three-dimensional protruding surface comprises a plurality protruding portions separated with the same interval. When the elastic band is in use, the protruding portions not only can improve the friction coefficient of the surface so as to avoid the elastic band from loosen, but also can be used as ribs on the elastic weaving body to prevent the elastic band from being folded and to keep the elastic band smooth. Also, the three-dimensional protruding surface and the flat plush surface can provide extra soft touch for skin and have the effect of reducing pressure, which greatly improves comfort to wear.

WET-TYPE END PART SEAL MATERIAL FOR BALL SCREW, AND BALL SCREW USING SAME

A ball screw in which a nut and a male-threaded shaft provided with an arcuate continuous groove threadedly engage by way of a multiplicity of steel spheres inserted between the male threads and female threads, the end portion seal member is capable of being attached toward a front or toward a back from said nut, and has a support frame body arranged at an outside circumference of said male-threaded shaft; a base fabric portion, a back surface of which is secured to an inside circumferential surface of said support frame body; and the cut pile that protrudes in such fashion as to be directed toward said groove from a front surface of said base fabric portion; wherein fiber tip portions of said cut pile are bent and made to abut said groove so as to occlude a gap between said groove and said support body, and good lubricant is retained.

A three-dimensional interlayer composite carpet that can be washed without deformation is provided in the present invention, which includes a surface layer, a three-dimensional interlayer, and an anti-slip layer. The three-dimensional interlayer is composed of an upper knitted fabric layer, a lower knitted fabric layer, and a composite filament connecting layer arranged vertically in the middle and connecting the upper layer and the lower layer. The three-dimensional interlayer composite carpet adopting a composite filament connecting structure of the present invention has strong supporting force and high extensibility, and can be repeatedly folded for more than 1000 times. The washing shrinkage of 10 washings does not exceed 2%, and the composite carpet will not be deformed under long-term squeezing, heat, and moisture.

Method for producing a textile product

A method for producing a textile product (I), (II), comprising at least two synthetic pile threads (P1), (P2) having a different pile height, so that a predetermined design is formed, in which the synthetic pile yarns (P1), (P2) are manufactured by extrusion from the same raw material, according to production processes which only differ from each other by a different setting of one or several process parameters of their respective extrusion processes, so that they have a different shrinking capability, and in which the textile product (I), (II) is subjected to a heat treatment which causes the pile yarns (P1), (P2) to shrink differently. Also such a method for producing synthetic textile yarns (P1), (P2) having a different shrinking capability.
