An embroidery sewing machine calculates the number of designs to be used for sewing for a length that is closest to a desired sewing length, based on the desired sewing length and information regarding the designs. The embroidery sewing machine calculates the sewing length based on the calculated number of designs and the information regarding the designs. Furthermore, the embroidery sewing machine adjusts the length of each design such that the calculated sewing length matches the desired sewing length, and converts the adjusted data of the designs into embroidery data. This enables sewing such that the sewing start and end points match each other or junction matching is secured, even in a case of sewing in the form of various kinds of combinations of curves and lines or the like. In addition, this provides an embroidery sewing machine that is capable of executing sewing with an improved appearance.

Textile patch attachment

Systems and methods relate generally to textile patch attachment to a textile material. In an example, a method relating generally to textile patch attachment to a textile material is disclosed. In such a method, design and coloring of a textile patch and the textile material is detected. This detection includes: capturing images of the textile patch and the textile material with a camera; sending the images to a programmed computer system in communication with the camera for image processing; determining thickness and colors of the textile patch and the textile material from the image processing of the images; and determining position of the textile patch relative to a pattern of the textile material from the image processing of the images. After the detecting, data obtained from the detecting is displayed on a display screen of the programmed computer system.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to hand sewing needles that have periodic markings to facilitate the creation of stitches of equal length and spacing. Because regular stitching can be difficult to produce by hand but is nevertheless necessary for a garment or other sewing product to be considered of quality, presentable, and professionally made, embodiments of the invention aid those with little sewing experience in producing regular stitching. Embodiments of the present invention also relate to methods for producing and using the disclosed hand sewing needle.

MACHINE FOR SEWING, EMBROIDERY OR QUILTING
20250347043 · 2025-11-13 · ·

A machine (M) for sewing, embroidering or quilting, in which a flat section (T1) of a textile structure (T) in a stretched state can be pressed against a textile structure support area (TA) adjacent to a stitch plate (SP) and/or against the stitch plate (SP) and moved in a plane parallel to the stitch plate (SP) at a speed (v) relative to the stitch plate (SP) so that the flat section (T1) lies flat against the stitch plate (SP). The machine (M) contains a detector module (DM) with which a property and/or a state of the moved flat section (T1) of the textile structure (T) can be detected, and a control unit (SE) with which an operating mode of the machine (M) can be adjusted depending on the detected property or the detected state of the moved flat section (T1) of the textile structure (T).

A sewing machine includes a bed including a bed surface, a needle bar, a presser bar, a projector, and a controller. A movement detector is attachable to the presser bar. The controller is configured to perform a sewing control of, in a state where the movement detector is attached to the presser bar, controlling an up-down reciprocating speed of the needle bar based on a signal output from the movement detector. The signal corresponds to a movement amount of a sewing workpiece located in a detection region. The controller is configured to perform a projection of, during performing the sewing control, controlling the projector to project an image toward the bed surface.
