An ink jet composition according to the present disclosure contains a flameproofing agent and resin particles. The resin particles are preferably urethanic resin particles. It is preferable that a urethanic resin making up the urethanic resin particles is a urethanic resin containing a crosslinking group and the crosslinking group is one or more selected from the group consisting of a blocked isocyanate group and a silanol group. The urethanic resin making up the urethanic resin particles preferably has a polycarbonate skeleton.

FORCE SENSOR CONTROLLED CONDUCTIVE HEATING ELEMENTS

Described herein are methods for forming resistive heaters and force sensing elements on a flexible substrate, and devices that include these elements to provide a force responsive conductive heater, such as a seat heater in a vehicle. The methods include printing a conductive ink on a flexible substrate that is heated to 30° C. to 90° C. before and/or during the printing process and curing the substrate to produce a conductive pattern thereon. The conductive inks generally include a particle-free metal-complex composition formulated from at least one metal complex and a solvent, and optionally, a conductive filler material.

Conductive textile and method for fabricating the same

A conductive textile includes a base cloth and a conductive film disposed on the base cloth. The conductive film includes a polyurethane resin and a silver bearing conductor, in which a content of the silver bearing conductor is 55 parts by weight to 80 parts by weight, and a content of the polyurethane resin is 8 parts by weight to 12 parts by weight.

POLYMERIC FABRIC
20230136835 · 2023-05-04 · ·

The invention relates to a polymeric fabric comprising an outer functional layer having hydrophobic and oleophobic characteristics made of a first compound, and a second functional layer having hydrophobic characteristics made of a second compound, wherein the first and the second compound differ from each other. Further the outer functional layer at least partly coats the second layer. Additionally, the invention relates to a method of producing a polymeric fabric and an apparatus for producing a polymeric fabric.

Printing patterns onto composite laminates

A composite fiber may include at least one reinforcing filament formed of a first material. A second material maybe systematically deposited in a printed onto the at least one reinforcing filament such that at least one of a length, a width, and a thickness of the second material varies across a surface of the at least one reinforcing filament. The printed pattern may alter one or more properties of a composite structure containing the composite fiber.
