Disclosed is a napped artificial leather including: an artificial leather base material that includes a non-woven fabric of polyester fibers having a Young's modulus of 1 to 6 GPa, an average fiber-toughness of 8 to 40 cN.Math.%, and a crystallinity of 35% or less, and an elastic polymer, the artificial leather base material having, on at least one surface thereof, a napped surface on which the polyester fibers are napped. Also disclosed are polyester fibers having a Young's modulus of 1 to 6 GPa, an average fiber-toughness of 8 to 40 cN.Math.%, and a crystallinity of 35% or less, and a non-woven fabric including the polyester fibers.
ENVIRONMENTAL-FREIDNELY ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure is relates to an environmental-friendly artificial leather and a method of manufacturing the same. The manufacturing method of the environmental-friendly artificial leather includes steps in which a first fiber web is formed by meltblown. The method continues with step in which a filament fabric is disposed on the first fiber web. The method continues with step in which a second fiber web is meltblown on the filament fabric, so as to form a multilayer fiber structure. The method continues with step in which the multilayer fiber structure is heat pressed to form the environmental-friendly artificial leather.

SELF-HEALING IMPACT RESISTANT ROOFING MATERIALS AND METHODS OF MAKING THEREOF
This invention, in embodiments, relates to a roofing material comprising (a) a substrate having a top surface and a back surface, (b) a plurality of self-healing particles embedded into the substrate, and (c) a coating applied onto the substrate having the plurality of self-healing particles embedded therein, to provide a coated substrate. The plurality of self-healing particles can be embedded into the top surface and/or the back surface of the substrate. The roofing material can further include a plurality of roofing granules applied to a top surface of the coating of the coated substrate. This invention, in embodiments, further relates to a method of preparing such a roofing material.

Polyester fabric for a boat traction structure
A fabric for a ship traction structure, formed from multifilament continuous warp yarns and weft yarns and coated on one or both of its two surfaces with a polyurethane (PU), the bare fabric having a coverage rate TC of between 1.8 and 4, the yarns being made of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), the fabric having a density of between 20 and 50 yarns/cm, in terms of warp and weft density, the polyurethane being a crosslinked PU that is polyether-, polyester-, or polycarbonate-based, and this PU being derived from the crosslinking (1) of a single-component polyurethane having a modulus at 100% elongation less than or equal to 5 MPa, in particular between 1 and 4 MPa, in particular between 1 and 3 MPa, according to the standard DIN 53504, implemented in organic solvent phase; (2) by a crosslinking agent, based on a proportion of dry crosslinking agent relative to the dry elastomer of between approximately 5% and approximately 30% by weight, the fabric having a weight, coating included, ranging from 43 or 44 to 250 g/m.sup.2. A ship traction structure, in particular of the paraglider sail type, made with such a fabric.

ANTISLIP SHEET MATERIAL WITH TWISTED TAPES
A sheet of material suitable for roofing or industrial wrapping applications has an anti-skid surface formed by ridges of twisted tapes. The sheet comprises a woven scrim of warp tapes and weft tapes. Some of the tapes are twisted about their longitudinal axis, for example about (25) to (400) revolutions per meter, to form ridges having a height substantially greater than the thickness of the tapes. The ridges impart an anti-skid surface to the sheet. The scrim is bonded to a coating or film to make the sheet waterproof.
