Skin material
In a skin material, a front face of a first fibrous base material is a first color and a front face of a second fibrous base material is a second color. The second fibrous base material is laminated on a back face of the first fibrous base material. A through hole of the first fibrous base material penetrates the first fibrous base material in a laminating direction. A dimension of the through hole in a first direction is set to a first value (N1). A dimension of the through hole in a second direction is set to a second value (N2). A dimension of the through hole in the laminating direction is set to a third value (N3). The first value (N1) and the second value (N2) are set to be 0.38 times or more and 12 times or less with respect to the third value (N3).
Fibrous support comprising a silicone coating
An article is described that includes at least one fibrous support surface coated by at least two successive layers including: an inner layer, in contact with the fibrous support, which is a coating including a silicone elastomer, polyurethane or silicone-polyurethane; and a topcoat outer layer, in contact with the inner layer, which is a coating obtained by crosslinking a composition described herein. The first layer, that is in contact with the fibrous support, is a layer based on a silicone elastomer, polyurethane or silicone-polyurethane composition that was crosslinked. The second layer, that is in contact with the first layer, is a layer obtained by crosslinking as described herein.
Fabric print media
The present disclosure is drawn to a fabric print medium. The fabric print medium can include a treated fabric base substrate, an adhesion promoting layer, and an image-receiving layer. The treated fabric base substrate can include a fabric base substrate having a water proofing treatment including a water-repellant agent applied thereto. The adhesion promoting layer can be applied to the treated fabric base substrate. The adhesion promoting layer can include a first polymeric binder and a physical networking component. The image-receiving layer can be applied to the adhesion promoting layer. The image-receiving layer can include a second polymeric binder and a particulate filler.
EASY-TO-CLEAN WATERPROOF AND BREATHABLE BIB FABRIC, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND BIB INCLUDING THE SAME
The invention involves the technical field of daily necessities, and in particular, relates to an easy-to-clean waterproof and breathable bib fabric, a preparation method, and a bib. A layer structure of the bib fabric is as follows: a hydrophobic and oleophobic surface layer, a polyurethane waterproof layer, an antibacterial and antistatic layer, and a woven layer. The hydrophobic and oleophobic surface layer has waterproof and breathable properties, is not easy to be adhered to by dirt, and is easy to clean. The polyurethane waterproof layer keeps liquids from penetrating the fabric, and the porous structure also allows for breathability. The antibacterial and antistatic layer can remove the static electricity generated by the fabric, protect the polyurethane waterproof layer from being decomposed by molds, inhibit the growth of bacteria inside the woven layer, and produce antibacterial and deodorizing effects. Further, a bib using the fabric and a preparation method are provided.
RESIN COMPOSITION AND SYNTHETIC LEATHER
The present invention provides a resin composition containing a urethane resin (A), an acrylic resin (B), and water (C), in which the acrylic resin (B) is a polymer of a polymerizable compound containing a (meth)acrylic compound (b-1) having a hydroxy group and has a glass transition temperature of 40 C. or higher. The present invention also provides a synthetic leather having at least a base (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), in which the skin layer (iii) is formed from the resin composition. The polymerizable compound as the raw material of the acrylic resin (B) preferably contains, in addition to (b-1), a polymerizable compound (b-2) in which a hydrogen bond term (H) in Hansen solubility parameters is 2.2 MPa.sup.0.5 or more.
The first value (N1) and the second value (N2) are set to be 0.38 times or more and 12 times or less with respect to the third value (N3).
FOULING-PROOF STRUCTURE
A fouling-proof structure is applicable to synthetic leather or fabric and it includes an alcohol-resistant layer; and a water-based fouling-proof layer disposed on the alcohol-resistant layer, wherein the alcohol-resistant layer is formed by curing an alcohol-resistant combination, and the alcohol-resistant combination comprises polyurethane resin, wherein the water-based fouling-proof layer is formed by curing a water-based fouling-proof combination, and the water-based fouling-proof combination comprises polyurethane resin, water, polymerized siloxanes, water-based PTFE and silicone oil.
IMPROVED PENETRATION AND ADHESION OF FINISHES FOR FUNGAL MATERIALS THROUGH SOLUBILIZATION, EMULSION, OR DISPERSION IN WATER-SOLUBLE MATERIALS AND THE USE OF SURFACTANTS
An abrasion resistant finish for a fungal material, the finishing comprising an optimum quantity biodegradable polylactic acid plastic (PLA) dispersed in water to produce a PLA mixture. When the PLA mixture is applied to the fungal material, water carries the PLA deeply into the matrix of the fungal hyphae to a depth at least 2 N/10 mm or 1% of the thickness of the fungal material, whichever is greater. The finish fortifies the hyphal structure as the water evaporates and creates a PLA coating on the fungal material with improved abrasion resistance and water resistance.
NONWOVEN ARTICLE
A nonwoven article includes a nonwoven substrate having from a lofty, open web of fibers formed through a needling process. The nonwoven substrate is coated with at least one coating to provide improved performance characteristics including loft, elongation, tensile strength, stiffness, pore size, permeability, fiber orientation index, and combinations thereof.
Layered Material And Method For Producing A Layered Material
A method for producing a layered material, which has a substrate layer and a layer of polyurethane bonded to the substrate layer. A leather, preferably a sanded grain leather, a textile material, preferably a woven fabric or a knitted fabric, a bonded leather material, or a microfiber nonwoven is used as the substrate layer and is bonded to the layer. According to the present teaching, at least one, preferably a single, layer of frothed polyurethane foam is applied to the substrate as the layer.
